I dropped off my son’s Nintendo switch. Nintendo gave me instructions on how to package it. I shared the info with the employee. I thought we’d package it together but he said he’d do it later. I paid, got my receipts and left.
Then I got an email and call from Nintendo and they said an empty package arrived to them. Nintendo is investigating for theft.
So either the employee stole my son’s switch or they packaged it up and it was stolen in route to Nintendo.
Luckily Nintendo is going to replace the switch and I’m filling a claim with ups and reporting the store.
My son is attached to his stuff. And even though he’s getting a new one, he’s upset because he just wants his stuff.
I really really don’t like thieves. I’m not accusing this store but it didn’t feel right not seeing my sons switch packaged up. I should have demanded to see them package it because now I have no idea if it was ever in the box. At least if I saw them package it up I’d know it wasnt someone at the store who stole it. Nintendo told me they received a perfectly packaged unopened box with nothing in it but padding.
Overall we got a bad deal from this store and I’ll never go back accept to file my claim.
If I could give no stars then I would. We are so disappointed. I took my son with me to use the whole experience as a teachable moment and the only teachable moment I have now is that people steal and you have to protect yourself.

Go here if you want your packages stolen. I dropped off a package worth A LOT of money. It was scanned in and then never updated after that. I went in to see what was going on and was told "I don't know call corporate to file a claim". 2 weeks later I see part of my package FOR SALE ON EBAY, I know it's the exact one because it's serial numbered and can prove it. Avoid this location sd someone is stealing peoples packages.

The staff in Graceland Shopping center on High St in Columbus Ohio, is the best. They know there stuff. I'm a 77yr old senior and losing my ability to operate any thing relating to a computer, copier, faxing, pulling documents off my phone. Those fellows were absolutely amazing and need a raise. 2 different days I went there, the 1st time one fellow by himself, and was able to wait on customers in a long line and do my faxing and copying for me. I saw 3 different guys, all 3 were very friendly, and knowledgeable. Great location.

This is the ONLY UPS store I go to. I have been coming to this location for years now. Several times every week. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. The customer service rep Jordan is extremely kind and good at his job. He can clear out a full store in no time. Very proffesional and knowledgable staff. Always have a very pleasant experiance here

Had a large package priced it was $72. I asked the employee if I took out the item and bubble wrapped it would it be cheaper? The Manager stepped In and priced it more than the first time! ? I said I don't think you understand ,and he started Yelling at me! Was very personal! I left and Will never go back there again! ????!

There were about 10 people waiting in the store Saturday afternoon, with only one employee working with customers. The clerk was very efficient, and the line went quickly. Kudos to that young man who worked so quickly to keep the line moving! He gets five stars.

I went to the u p s store Today to get a title notarized. The man took my money but did not notarize my title. I trusted him to do his job. Only to find out at the impound lot that the title was not notarized. when I return to the store.the manager told me to get out An act like an adult no Apology was given apparently they like to take your money and they're notarized your documents. Then throw you out of the store. This It's the worst UPS store I have ever been to stay away. Repeat stay away from this incompetent store. They didn't even apologize.

Honestly, they do the best they can. I have never had any issues what so ever. They always have me in and out. & are always so helpful. Definitely recommend coming here if you need to go to a UPS store.
