The service is consistently excellent at this store. I have used them for printing, shredding, shipping, returns, etc. I like that I can email documents to the store and they pull them up and print them when I arrive.

They picked up an item I won at an auction and packaged/shipped my item. They took extreme care of my item and the packing was top notch to protect the item. Excellent communication via phone and email.

Had a unique situation and had to ship a 75 pound box to North Carolina. The whole store was amazing and willing to help. Walked me through how they would repackage the material to make it more safe and secure. Then they sent me an email with pictures of how they repackaged it to show me that everything is secure. A+ people and A+ operation.

I come here on a fairly regular basis to return things to Amazon. The guy who works in the evenings seems so genuinely nice. Always smiling and chatty. He makes a tedious task the ideal customer service experience lol

They always go above and beyond to help you. Carrying your packages in, helping to to your car, tapeing your packages. And so much more. One store on Martin gets frustrated if you need a pkg carried in. They will not tape up your pkgs. Not polite. Bridget
