I just came in and the line was huge. There was 2 guys there but only one working really, Matt cleared that line so fast abd was friendly. Hes efficient. I really admire a person that can get the job done ! He needs a raise IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!

Had the worst experience ever tying to get a title notarized. Not something I do often so a little help of telling me what I need instead of just saying you already signed it we can’t notarize I was under the impression they just needed my name and signature. However, everything need to be filled out so I had make numerous trips to BMV and back home wasted my whole morning. When the first person could have easily have just said when you come back make sure you have everything filled out and don’t sign it!

The prices at this store are way better than the post office for large packages. The employee lady is very nice and there's never a long wait.

Totally lost a customer.
Attempted to return Amazon purchases totally unhelpful.
I was told by the representative at the counter that her boss told her we are unable to help Amazon customers.

I have been using this location every couple weeks for the past few months now and the staff is always friendly and works together quickly I will continue using the bexley location for as long as need be. I have to agree with other people regarding the parking lot it does get quit jammed at times but that is a very minor issue thank you for all the fast and friendly service.

This is the only store that I feel safe mailing packages to my son in Chicago. I no longer trust the Post Office. The employees at my UPS store know me by my first name and are always glad to see me. The employees are efficient and always friendly. They feel like family to me.
