Store owner refuses to accept our shipping items becasue we purchase labels directly through UPS and not from the store. May just be a problem with how UPS sets up their franchise model but this is pretty shitty customer service.

I can’t believe they charge you $5 to use their computer to print labels. Why? It’s $.20 to do that at FedEx.

I just wanted to leave this comment for the UPS staff. Back in June I brought my wedding bouquet to send off to be preserved. I followed the directions of the website by bringing packing paper and wrapped the stems in water. Upon arrival the UPS staff told me that they could package my flowers for me and that they “do it all the time.” I asked them if I needed to buy extra boxes as the site recommended an interior box for stability. They again said “they do it all the time” and that they would get it situated perfectly for me. They took the packing paper and my bouquet and I trusted that they knew what they were doing. They brought the flowers back to me completely sealed but I assumed they had used the packing paper that they had took from me and that it would be okay. I paid for shipping and left to pack for my honeymoon. A few days later I received notice from the floral preservation company that my entire bouquet was wrapped in bubble wrap and taped. (This completely suffocates the flowers ensuring they will look wilted and browned and can’t be preserved). So not only was my packing paper not used but the staff at this location does not actually know how to properly pack bouquets. I spent the first day of my honeymoon in tears looking at photos of my wilted bouquet and trying to explain to the company that now wanted to charge me hundreds of extra dollars to replace the blooms that had been ruined. Thankfully the company was understanding about the situation and replaced my blooms free of charge. I hope that this review will reach the staff at this location so that they can become educated on the proper way to store and ship floral arrangements if they are going to make claims that they can do so. These memories mean the world to me and the thought of that being ruined was so upsetting and stressful.
Attached are photos of my bouquet the day I had them shipped and when it arrived at the preservation company two days later. (Literally hurts to look at)

They can never print or support efficient shipping. Highly discourage supporting this location. Nice staff but operation & logistics is grossly ineffective.

The UPS on 5th is the BEST! They're friendly, items ship quickly, they've packed boxes for me, I take my mail there instead of the PO bc it gets mailed faster, I get my stamps from them. It's just a super store with super employees.

This is the fastest I've been in and out of a UPS store. We had a messed up Amazon package return, the UPS guy Alan answered our questions and got the package ready, then I was out the door. We were probably there for two minutes. So much better than the other UPS I've been to.

Horrible customer service. I thought usps was bad but these people take it to an entire new level of bad. Rude employee wouldn’t let me use one strip of tape sitting next to him and made me spend $6 on a roll that I’ll never use. Will never go here again. Do better UPS

Not surprised this place has such a poor rating. I went to this store as instructed by UPs to get some labels printed out. The guy picture made a face as soon as I walked in and found every excuse not to help me, in an argumentative manner as opposed to trying to listen and get an understanding. He said my labels were from a competitive of theirs so he would refuse to help me (despite me showing him it was clearly UPs), but I went to another UPs store and explained the whole situation, they said that I was right to go into the store and that man must have had other reasons for not helping me, they printed my labels and gave me all supplies I needed. I did see him respond very positively to other customer, but I looked and spoke differently from them all which is why I assume I was treated in that manner from the moment I walked.
Just wanted to update this to say I even asked if I could use one of their paid services to print the labels out (despite the fact UPs mention the stores would do it for free. And he still refused to help me).

UPS had me redirect my package here so my receiver could pick up his package when he had time. They refused it and sent it back. I paid $10 to use this location as an access point only for them refuse it. Called to ask what happened and the response I got was “we’re just a small franchise we’re not sure what happened..” Real nice professional work going on here….

skipped my lunch break at work so I could come in and drop off a package. They don't allow anyone to use their printers so I have to come back another day and waste another lunch break.

We've use this location at least weekly if not more for the last 7 years. Nice people, good customer service and a convenient location for us. They've never lost a package and it's always a quick stop for us. Parking can be a challenge depending on time of day but this is Grandview- it's a challenge everywhere.

They charge 5 dollars to print an Amazon shipping label, and make you sign into your own email on their computer to print one off, you can't just email it to their store email. How can you not provide customers with such a simple quality of life service? Not to mention 5 dollars to print a sheet of paper. Insane.
