A woman who was commenting here was misunderstanding or something and making a disrespectful comment on him, but the young man who works here and speaks English and also Spanish, he’s super kind, polite and helpful!! Whenever me and my husband go there, he’s very dedicated to his job and trying his best as much as he can!! So yeah the vid a woman post here made me kinda upset… so I had to comment n let you all know, this UPS has great service!:)

I arrived at closing time had several packages and no labels or adequate info very politely walked me through navigating my app to get labels and waited for me to make a call and get the last label after there closing hours you don’t see or get that kind of service anymore after working all day and having several errands I was not expecting that quality of service based on my experience I have several errands weekly and for the most of them I end up frustrated thank you very much Dilan and yesica you made a long and frustrating day end up in a very pleasant evening

Store front and Google maps says they open at 8:00. But no one is here. So I call and phone says store opens at 8:30. Very annoying and inconvenient.

I went here instead of the 5th ave location after reading the horrible reviews about the manager's attitude at that location regarding printing labels. This location charges $2.41 to print a label, and has you send it to their store email. While it would be much preferred for the printing of a single label to be free, the women working at the counter was incredibly friendly, and clearly communicated the price before printing. I arrived soon after opening at 8am, and there was plenty of street parking right in front of the store.

I used to love going to this UPS location since it is close to my house. The guy who used to work there, Stew, was so friendly and always went above and beyond. The new guy they replaced him with is not only the rudest person i've ever met, but incredibly unhelpful. Didn't give me any other alternative options, just kept talking down to me. I drive out of my way now to avoid having to interact with him.

A very nice place, the staff was very friendly, especially the cute blonde girl, they treated me very quickly and without complications, good customer service, the packaging was perfectly, everything arrived in perfect condition. 100% highly recommended, worth going. I will always return to this place.
