I think the staff here at this location are friendly and my husband and I opened a savings account not too long ago and they were very helpful

This is for the Reed Rd bank. Horrible place. The manager, Jeff, is argumentative and disrespectful to his customers. Very rude. Will never do any business with this horrible place and people. Can't wait to get money out, if I could've given a negative number, I would have. One is too nice for this bank. Terrible!!!

The absolute worst place to do any business. The manager, Jeff, is the most horrible customer service representative I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Disrespects and argues with customers and a very unpleasant person. Plus, they have the worst interest rates compared to other banks. If I could give a negative number or a zero, I would have. What a horrible person and bank. Can not wait to get the money out. I say Never Use Them. Stay far away!!!!!!!!

I am very disappointed in this bank. This bank has given out about 100 loans, which I consider predatory, in collusion with a fraudulent company named Trusii. This bank did not valuate the loans properly, didn't do their due diligence and the loans were made for $7600 to $10,000 for a bogus water machine that didn't work and broke down within 6 months of purchase. Trusii is being sued by other lending institutions, and the loans have been forgiven and overpayments refunded. United Midwest Savings Bank hired an attorney to defend themselves instead of doing the right, morally and ethically. I highly recommend staying away from this lending institution. Over 100 of people are being forced to make monthly payments to this bank, for a fraudulent company, and many of these hardworking Americans are senior citizens on a fixed income. Many of these folks have health problems and this is why they fell victim to this 'miracle' water machine which was supposed to help. It didn't. In fact, the units were full of black mold after a few months, which caused further injury and sickness to these folks. While other banks, who were involved in this ponzi scheme forgave their loans and repaid their clients, United Midwest Savings Bank continues to demand payment and threaten to damage these victims credit if payments are not made. Stay away from this bank.
