United egg nog is the best in the world, I am diabetic and I wanted a milk shake. I used about a pint of sugar free ice cream and less than 1/4 cup of egg nog and a splash of heavy cream and made my milk shake. I checked my sugar 1 hr later and it was only 100 mg.

Best ice cream service. Manager helped me. Name tag said Nate. Did a great job, love this place.
