Rude employees here, especially the lady who works ice cream. Unprofessional too. This udf is outdated and sketchy as well. There's a udf literally 5 mins down the road on Hudson and Indianola... go to that one instead.

I was here late at night on a Tuesday. There was one man and one woman working and I experienced them interacting with an unhappy guest. They were both polite and calm despite the guest being angry and spiteful. I just wanted to leave a review to say that the staff was wonderful and kind and handled a moment of conflict with patience. This is not an easy job but this UDF had wonderful employees and has always been pleasant.

Yall try to tell me I have to have a UDF card to get the standard retail pricing on certain goods.... but you don't have Cards anymore. If you think I'm signing up on your site and downloading an app to shop at UDF? Lmaoooooo guess who's never shopping at UDF again? Lost a customer for life FOH

Frequently, some of the employees are not friendly or helpful and one impartiality is boarder line rude. Way too often the gasoline pumps do not operate as designed. For these reasons, I rarely visit this store and have chosen a Shell convenient store with properly operating pumps and much friendlier staff.

I watched as person before used a card no problemi was next in line tried to pay with card as person in front of me did but now it doesn't work since there's a line they always doing this at this location I've seen so multiple times to others but 1st for me

Went to get ice cream and my card was locked so I had stepped off to the side to unlock it turns out my virtual card was locked to I unlocked that every quickly to let the little line that was behind me go through to be respectful and then I stepped back up and was ready the lady had proceeded to ignore me even when I said yeah I got it fixed and I'm ready I said this when there was no one behind me then after a minute or 2 someone comes up then another and another and she proceeded to check them out while ignoring me just the most disrespectful thing I've ever seen what a great thing to top on yo my awful night I was already having and I just wanted my ice cream to cheer me up and I couldn't get it because she ignored me and acted like I wasn't even there even when I said I was ready.

I live nearby and visit this location often. The staff are lazy and rude. Almost every time I go there in the evening I have to stand at the counter and wait for the cashier to finish their side conversation with another employee or one of their Friends who is sitting in the ice cream area. Employees speak to each other with extreme profanity and are rude. I’m going to Sunoco down the street from here on out.

As a Cincy girl, I grew up with UDF. It's often the only place to get Cincinnati favorites. Marcia and the gang are always welcoming. I'm there at least a couple of times a week.

I'm in Columbus for work from out of state and my sister, whose in laws are Cinci natives, repeatedly told me to get UDF peanut butter cookie dough ice cream. As Midwesternern natives and ice cream connoisseurs () I was excited to try the only thing she's ever said was better than Sherman's. So- day 7 of work ends. I'm homesick and lonely and decide ice cream is a good salve. I hit four different UDFs and found none of the desired flavor. Then I landed at this location. Also, out of the peanut butter cookie dough- but unlike the other locations, this one had. Lynn. She listened to the story and when I asked for her preference, she answered without pause "caramel cone" and whipped me up a sundae that's her favorite- and paid for it herself "because it's your first time!" Not only was the ice cream smooth and creamy and sweet and incredible- so was Lynn. Thank you!
