A lady who was in there told me the guy that was working there had to use the bathroom so i was patient for about 30-45 minutes.. the doors were still locked. No sign was put up saying how long the person would come back or anything. I think I seen him cleaning the store, people were knocking on the door trying to figure out why he was ignoring the door and other people were getting upset. I just wish I had better service because people were out there in the heat waiting for this person.

The crackhead looking woman (dark) was yelling at customers, swearing, verbalky abusing, insulting CUSTOMERS for no apparent reason, chasing them outside, calling tow trucks, when there was no problem, just a normal sunny day at UDF.
Wayyy out of line for a convenience store clerk.

I wish I could give them 0 stars or a negative rating! I felt genuinely threatened upon witnessing the guy (manager) preparing my order was aggressively slammed everything behind the counter and consistently using F-Word curses and offensive language for no reason. When I confronted him about his behavior, he didn't offer any apology and continued the same way. His conduct is extremely unprofessional and raises concerns about its impact on the well-being of those around him, including customers. Based on what I witnessed, UDF may need to reconsider this individual's employment. I've noticed consistent similar comments from 3 and 5 years ago till now, and it appears that there hasn't been any action, improvement or accountability regarding their rude, unprofessional behaviors! UDF needs to address this serious concerns immediately!!!(Hi said his name is Tony when i asked to report him)

Despite the several times I've stopped inside this store, I never knew there was a beer walk-in til today :o It's not much to brag about - there's a sign for "craft beer" but there is none - but it's nice that there's a place really close to campus that sells alcohol. The quality and prices of things are mid, BUT the employees here are always super nice and efficient. I watched a guy ring up a group of 8 for ice cream, and he did it without a single sigh or complaint. Overall just a regular convenience store, but good service and convenient, secure campus location. I do hope they renovate the lot to be safer and more accessible to pedestrians.

This store has fantastic employees. Thats the reason for 3 stars. Id love to give them 5. Corporate, somehow, with all their money can't keep the place open. Systems are down constantly. Good luck after 11pm. It's a gamble with them. This has been ongoing for years. I feel for the people that work there. They're great but Corporate can't figure out how to keep the store open. Can't run cards OR cash? It's 2023 and businesses next door can stay open. Yall been playing the same card since I was in college in 2007. Ya gonna fix your shi?

A good UDF, but they need train their impolite server behind the counter to be professional and friendly rather than staring at her phone without greeting. Additionally, they could clean the oiled floor outside.

So unprofessional.I left my credit card on the machine and they make me come back next day to come pick it up. I come next day and the manager never got it out.I have to call the police to work things out.

This UDF is not the best. The store is usually dirty and the staff don't want to be there. But it is in a convenient location so that helps with wanting to go there. The ice cream is not bad, that's what I went there to get the one time I've ever been there. Other than that I've only walked past and no one ever looks excited outside the UDF.
