If I could give negative stars I would...maybe with your cash only sign you should add that u drive is down. And nobody can use any rewards. Might have less pissed off people like me. And when a customer goes to get a spoon for their ice cream, don't cop an attitude and say that area is closed all snotty. Ijs. But I only have had constant issues every time I come in this store and also at these area stores. Should be happy to do your job. If you're miserable, go work elsewhere. Just a thought. Negativity rubs off. Smile and be positive. Thanks!

The women at the cash register was very rude I had asked if I could use the restroom with me being pregnant and she had a whole attitude about and told me no and then had the nerve to talk to the manager about it right while I was standing in the line checking out and said she didn’t care and all types of nasty remarks not knowing I was the women she was talking about

I love udf, their workers are normally friendly and attentive. I came in just before midnight, one young man was cleaning and the older lady Desiree was too busy on her phone to charge me out for gas. As I'm waiting on her to let me punch in my reward number, she tells another customer she can get them on another register. Instead of finishing me out so I can go pump my gas and leave. After she rings them up and set them up to pay she then comes back to me. Making excuses the system is slow when she never click the option for me to enter my number. Had to ask for my receipt and the whole the time she was unpleasant, unprofessional and would rather be doing anything over her simple job. Was too busy on her phone to worry about customers or the safety of the store.

the manager working 5/26/23. @5:30 threatened to slap me and I helped pick up all the trash In the lot. They had four people working. She is very rude and needs fired. I’ve always been good to her and I don’t know why she treated me like this! All the other workers are great but she is on a power trip

They have good customer service here, and UDF selection is typically great. I especially enjoy my Eggland’s Best hard boiled eggs…I’m telling you, they are leaps and bounds above normal gas station eggs. Much softer and better tasting! The cashiers Tammy and Bri are were very nice to me, the last couple of times I came in. I’m very pleased.

The black girl with the rainbow boots and pink braids is super ghetto. She's loud and refuses to help customers tgat want ice cream! Store needs an entire overhaul from district management on down to hourly staff. Horrible!

Some of the cheapest priced gas in Columbus. Not the prettiest neighborhood. Multiple gas pumps- at least 12. Pulled in and people were in and out of the store. The store is large with a ton of items and very well lit. The gas station itself is a bit dirty. My stall had a brown and a dust bucket right in front of the pump. There was food on the ground as well as trash. It looked as if someone was cleaning it up then got called to do something else, but no one ever came to finish the job. Credit card works at the pump. They've got some sort of membership that you can accumulate points- but don't let that deter you. The gas price is the same for non members. Quick in and quick out. Receipt printer worked. Heads up one of the streets it is on is a one way street so you'll turn in from one side only.

The most entertaining UDF on the West Side, that's for sure. Unfortunately it has zero bicycle parking so I'm forced to leave one star.

This place is garbage. They don't even bother opening until they feel like it. I've seen them stay closed until 7:30. Supposed to be open all night, then went to opening at 5 am. Garbage all over the parking lot, thigh employees. Trashy

Yummy ice cream. Was out of the pound cake for the promotion for peach is back sale. Sundae was good tho.

Here on Google maps it explains how the workers sanitize the counter between every single customer and not one time have I seen this done and I have been inside this location several times also to add to that, the site describes how there are dividers for public safety.Please Google fix these issues. ThanksMr.Allen

The employees are all rude except a young lady w/pink hair, & a bigger dark skinned gentleman, they however was lovely!!! Its mainly the older white women, & teenagers who cant put their cell phones, or want 2 argue with you about what pump # ur on....smh y'all need 2 send in a secret shopper into this location , the owners would be very disappointed!!!!!!!
