Went to the door at 12:51 and it's already locked so I guess I'm not going here. I'd rather not go somewhere it's a hassle to have a interaction with the guy that acts like he is bothered to do any of the jobs he is here to do...( serve ice-cream, shakes, and anything you go to udf for specifically)I also made certain that it wasn't just a bad day because sometimes it's hard to give customer service but when it's everyday I mean do something else. Sorry to be so let down but I would have liked to stop in before I went home after my long day at work ( where we mever lock the doors early

I go visit the United Dairy Farmers just to see Mary that handle the delicious scoops of ice cream on my cone. ? Welcoming spirit all around the gas station. Such a pleasure to visit ??

Don't think they use the dipside manuals anymore. Long gone are the days new employees are trained to do their jobs properly.
I asked for a 24oz Chocolate Malt. I got a 32oz chocolate shake and was overcharged for it to boot. Register operator charged me the homemade upcharge for my ice cream.
Peoples opinions of themselves seems high here. BEST TO go to a store where they give a damn.

I wish that I would have caught the name of the young man last night scooping the ice cream at about 9 pm on 05/10/2024. I can best describe him as looking as if he was big football player. He needs a promotion! I brought my family, including my wife, daughter and grandkids for ice cream. He was great with the kids and overall a great ambassador for UDF... Thank you once again for a great experience!

First of all, why are you selling ice cream if you're gonna be a grown man AND COMPLAIN ABOUT IT THE WHOLE TIME. Then refuse to scoop what my daughter wants bc it hurt your hands. Get another job. This is clearly not for you.

Walked in mid afternoon, got our snacks, drinks, and then ice cream. Each employee was very nice. The guy working the counter Don was extremely kind. This one is 10 times better than the Blacklick one.

Very unprofessional. I walked in to two employees arguing about sports. It continued and raised in volume the entire time I was in the store even as they were ringing me up.

Matt, the Manager of this UDF in Polaris, was friendly, courteous, and helpful. He told me that they did have the protein mix for my chocolate malt. He told me all the stores had the protein mix, but I told him my experiences at the Sunbury and the Karl Rd. store near us. However, we will drive to Polaris to have Matt fix us up. We told Matt that our new refrigerator broke down, we lost everything and we are waiting for repairs next week. So, when we learned that this UDF, in Polaris was next-door to a doctor's location where we had to go, we decided to check out this UDF. Matt was able to make the most delicious chocolate GIANT malt (using their proprietary, rich "Serious Chocolate" milk, chocolate ice cream, malt, and my protein mix that I could remember. My wife, Marsha, got her giant peanut, chocolate milkshake, also with the "serious chocolate" milk and a scoop of peanut butter chocolate ice cream. We were so excited by the service that we bought other things in the store too and told Matt this would now be our ice cream and milk store. I just called the store from the Yelp phone number and asked if Matt was going to be there today. He answered, remembered when we were there the other day, and told me he'd "fix me up!" So, should you be in the Polaris area or even if you have to drive a bit, like us, and you have an unquenchable thirst for ice cream or a delicious, satisfying malt, this store is at the top of our list - you won't regret asking for the protein mix to be added to this decadent, cold, refreshing malt or shake.
