Starting this is hard because I’m not completely disappointed my appointment time was at 1:15 I was not anywhere near a chair until 1:50 Jake was very nice asking me if I was alright and if I needed anything no problem I was booked for a cut and flat iron to start my hair was not cut as short as I would have liked I did ask to go shorter and had to sit back down for unevenness totally fine however I felt he was annoyed with me for complaining after I stood up and realized it I also felt like I needed to rush my service as his next client was there (a five year old child that kept coming up to us while he was doing my hair) Jake is a great stylist however he needs to make sure they book his clients with the time he needs to finish a service comfortably.

Had to hunt down an associate to help smell a fragrance since everything is locked up. Her attitude exuded “don’t bother me”. As she was helping me one of the other associates comes and talks to her and the associate completely forgets she’s still helping me. Very unprofessional. There is a time and a place for everyone. That conversation should have waited until the customer is finished being helped.

Kasey/Casey, (not sure how it’s spelled), was kind, funny, and extremely helpful. She helped me find my color in foundation and lipstick, along with so many other things, what would’ve taken me three hours to shop, only took me one. Thanks girl, you’re awesome ☺️??

I LOVE the service I get there. I go in to have my hair done. However, I am uncomfortable with being watched like I am a thief whenever I walk through the store. If theft is still that bad there, then they are obviously watching the wrong people (like watching me).

I usually have nothing to say but positive remarks about this location. Besides Emily, Olivia, Kora (I think that was her name?), Liz, and Kacey, everyone else was mean and overall made me never want to shop here again. I watched some members of management, I think her name was Shalisa act super condescending to members of the staff. I feel bad for the employees if that’s who they have to deal with. Overall, she made my experience extremely uncomfortable and I will not be returning anytime soon.

I use to love this location but it’s so trash now. Some of the newer employees seem to have a weird attitude when you ask them for help. I understand why the perfumes are locked up, but now when you ask an employee to smell one they are so mean!!!

I went in looking for a good quality brow gel. In the past, I have used the Morphe Supreme Brow Sculpting & Shaping Wax and I honestly was NOT have a good experience with it. I was assisted by a gentleman name Mikel and let me tell you, he was amazing!!! I asked him about what was the best brow gel and he immediately, without hesitation, suggested the 24-HR Brow Setter Clear Eyebrow Gel with Lamination Effect Mini. He literally showed me how easy it was to apply in store which was very helpful. I was so excited to use it that when I got to my car, I tried it right in the parking lot in my sun visor mirror. Mikel was just really helpful and made my experience so much easier. We even had a small conversation about other things besides makeup!
