I literally just left, but I was kind of stressed out because my foundation wasn’t matching and I needed to exchange the one I purchased. The manager was so sweet and he helped found a beauty counter associate to shade match me. I hate doing exchanges and was overwhelmed, he made it easy and was really sweet. Thank you Ulta!

Great place to come if you like being made uncomfortable! Employees had a such a strange and unwelcoming vibe that I practically felt I was being accused of stealing. PLEASE do better.

I went in today needing some foundation for a friend’s wedding. I don’t use a lot of makeup so I was a little nervous to have to explore through the isles and isles of products. After just a minute or two a store employee (Tammy) came over and asked if I needed help. She immediately helped me out by asking questions and narrowing down the options. The first option she picked for me matched perfectly!!! It was exactly what I was looking for. I can’t thank Tammy enough for making my experience so easy and fast. Give her a raise!

I came in to the Ulta salon hoping to fix a recent haircut (from a different salon). Mary did such a great job. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and got my hair exactly how I wanted it. She was so sweet and really saved the day! ?

My girlfriend ran inside 15 min until close to literally grab 1 thing and EVERY PERSON in the store came up to her to remind her that they were closing and she needed to leave. She explained she was just grabbing one thing. She felt very unwelcome. During checkout, the anssociate asked her to apply for a credit card but before she could even respond the associate said she couldn’t apply today because they were closing.

I had a makeup appointment booked three weeks ahead. My appointment was at 3:15 and I walked in right at 3:15. My artist was doing someone else’s makeup and an employee told me she was finishing up with her. I waited for 15 minutes and asked the employee how much longer. He told me it would be 10 more minutes. I was on a time crunch because I had prom and needed to be home by 4:45. The appointment was only supposed to take an hour. Ended up having to leave. Left after waiting 45 minutes. I made two purchases while I was there and he gave me a 10% off discount and a free gift bag. Not only that but the manager messaged me directly telling me that the afternoon was open and I could come in any time from 2:40-3:30 I said 3:15 because the night before the manager called me and told me I needed to move my appointment to 2:45. Very disappointing, I did not want to have to do my own makeup for once for prom. Never coming back extremely frustrating.

I wish to thank ll those at ULTA who gave me the best experience I have received since moving back to OH. Rian gave men a styling cut & makeup about which even strangers have complemented me. My experience with Denae was also exemplary. I feel like I made new friends that day.
