I ran my phone over with a forklift at work. I had the insurance, so I got a new one pretty quickly, but I wanted to save all my data (pictures of my kids! ?) I took my phone to 4 different places around Mansfield, Ontario, and Mount vernon, all of which told me there was no way to recover my data. That's when I called this place. Trey was very professional, informative, and accommodating to my busy schedule. He told me it might take more than 24 hours, but Mike had it done in 3 like a glorious phone wizard! On top of that, they were able to recover all of my data, and it was covered by the insurance I had, so I saved hundreds of dollars! I'm never taking my stuff anywhere else. This place is awesome.

The attendant on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional while giving unrealistic estimations on the timeframe of a warranty repair to try to either scare me out of taking my phone there or try to get me to pay out of pocket for what should've been a warranty repair.
