I miss when car dealerships valued your business more than taking advantage from their customers. I’m currently wanting to trade in a vehicle that I previously bought from this car dealership. I was told that my truck was worth 12k less than what I bought it for and I’ve put 5k miles on the truck since I bought it. While being offered over 4k more for a trade from another dealership, I tried to explain to them that I would like to continue doing business with them in the future but I was told that they don’t have any other choice but to want to pay less money.(Car dealerships make thousands on each sell and would still make a lot of money.) very disappointed in this car dealership and their lack to inspections with vehicles. The truck I bought needed an oil change and was low on fluids that I didn’t notice till I got it home after they “serviced” it and wasn’t very clean. The truck also had a crack in the windshield that they didn’t notice, and I didn’t notice till I was on my way home. I gave the dealership the benefit of mistakes because no one is perfect, but I was in the need of a vehicle after my accident and now I just feel like they took advantage of me. Would never recommend this dealership to anyone buying a car or truck.

PLEASE read these recent reviews if you’re considering coming here, don’t just look at the star rating (which I don’t even see how it’s accurate at 4.5 stars). I took my car here for a while (last year and prior) for oil changes and never had an issue, so when issues with my car arose, I felt this was a trustworthy place to have it serviced.. I was WRONG!!!!!
This place has NO integrity with the work they do! I really don’t see how they’re still in business (possibly because of the outrageous prices they charge customers, realistically robbing them blind). I needed shock absorbers replaced, brought it here only because a year ago they “supposedly” replaced my strut mounts and my extended warranty company who paid for it, advised me to have the work corrected here. Long story short— the extended warranty did not approve the claim this time for the shocks because apparently it’s simply wear to the car. They decided to price me a quote of $1,100 to replace the shock absorbers!!! I HOPE PEOPLE ARE NOT PAYING THESE PRICES!!!
What does the cake for me is, when I got this insane quote, I took it to a trustworthy mechanic I know, bought the parts and paid a FIFTH of the price Twins tried charging. When the shocks were being replaced, the mechanic told me the MOUNTS DIDN’T EVEN LOOK REPLACED— THEY WERE STILL THE FACTORY PARTS!!!
What a worthless, despicable establishment. I look forward to this place shutting down and everyone who works for this place, knowing all the crooked things they do, you’re just as guilty and will reap the consequences.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE EVER!!!!!!!!!!! EVER EVER!!

This was the most unprofessional dealership I have ever talk to. I called in Friday at 12:30, I talked to a sales person about a vehicle, they stated they would call me back. I heard nothing for 2.5 hours so I called back. I talked to another sales person they said they would look into it and they would call me back, another 2.5 hours went by and no call back. I called back in to speak to a manager to see if I could get my questions answered. I talked to the sales manager and he kept interrupting me I kept telling him what truck I was asking about and he kept telling me about a different truck, I had to keep repeating myself so annoying. Only thing he did right was call me back today like he said he was going too but when I talked to him, he talked very fast and was very short with me about the truck so I decided they didn’t want my business.
Personally I wouldn’t waist your time at this place, go somewhere where they will treat you with respect.

Yes my vehicle is old, a 2013 Buick Encore but Mark (manager) and Shawn P. went out of their way to ensure to get the proper parts ordered promptly. What I like the most was their sense of urgency regardless of the product availability or mechanical challenges.

Beware do not buy a used car at this dealer my son got a used Jeep got it home and it had a coolant leak. Took it back to this dealer they said they fixed it got the car back still had the leak. Took it back they had it for a week said it was fixed drove it 2 days still leaking coolant. Took it back they had it for 3 weeks now they say it needs and engine and want $9000 to fix it. He drove the car only 200 hundred miles. 100 miles of that back and forth to the dealer. The dealer will not work with him so now he's making payment on a car he don't have. What a worthless business.
