This place claims to be “24 hours” but is locked with “window service” only. How am I supposed to know what I want if I can’t see inside? I just left without buying anything. May as well close instead of doing this nonsense.

Doesn't accept Kroger loyalty

I have a theory that every Turkey Hill starts nice but turns to crap. Certainly true for this place, pumps don’t work, they don’t accept Kroger points, windows broken out, graffiti on the building. SMDH.

The cashier/attendant was outside smoking as I walked up to the door. I asked where the rest room was and she matter of factly stated it was for "paying customers only! I was there to purchase a bag of ice, I just wanted to use the ladies room and wash my hands first. So, yeah I was going to be a paying customer, but she wouldn't know that because she was already being rude. Your tactic on confronting customers about the restroom is not acceptable. Management needs to come up with something better then that. I won't come to your store again, because of your inappropriate tactics. Without your paying customers you wouldn't have a business, kindly remember that! As consumers we have many options on where to spend our ?. And I will NOT spend my ? in your store. From the looks of your ladies room, it wasn't the tidiest. You lack professionalism, and are not really customer oriented based on what I've experienced. Maybe you need to implement another strategy? This one isn't working out too well for you! Thanks, have a lovely day.

If you carry a backpack purse they want you to set it on the counter next to the door while you shop. I don't feel too comfortable leaving my purse in a position to be grabbed and taken off with. There's also doorbells that go off from sensors all over the store. I'm autistic and that's a sensory nightmare. I understand it's all for theft prevention but you're losing business in your efforts to prevent theft. The employees have all been nice though. However, I don't think I'll be back.

Always have issues with the pumps, especially with using my fuel points.

The prominence of the TH member price vs. the public price on signage is confusing as one drives by. A 10 cent differential also a bit shocking as other brands offer 3 cents.
Ill be more careful choosing this brand in the future.

Price on street signs: 2.69Price at pump: 2.75You can not pay at the pump because they haven't updated the Ovation screens to list the conversion from Kroger fuel to Englefield Oil ownership. So no Kroger points despite the screen reading that as the first prompt. The associate said it is rainy and cold so that is why she didn't update the signs. The signs are digital and do not require the associate to go outside. She did have enough time to be on her cell phone as it was charging at the register.
