Tracey is THE most amazing and professional hairstylist I have ever been to, and that is saying a LOT! She does such an incredible job with my long, thick hair- whether it be coloring, styling, or cuts, I always leave more than satisfied! Tracey is so good at interpreting the pictures I bring her, and advising small tweaks that work with my hair texture or face shape. Her prices are ridiculously reasonable, and she almost ALWAYS follows up to see how I like my hair days later. On top of her great service and amazing talent, Tracey has really gone far above and beyond regularly... There are two very specific situations that have truly just blown me away. The first time was before I started seeing her regularly; her name had been referred to me when my previous stylist moved. Anyways, I (foolishly) decided to dye my hair out of a box and it came out so black that it had blue undertones. I panicked and called Tracey for her help. She was out of state, but she carefully talked me through instructions on how to get as much of the dye out from home as possible. On top of taking the time to talk me through my hair emergency, she checked her schedule and offered to see me the minute she was back in Columbus... ALL while she was on vacation. The second time that Tracey astonished me with her dedication to treating her customers exceedingly well was this past Friday. My mom came into town from Florida (specifically for a hair appt, because she loved the way that Tracey did my hair) and since I was caught up at work, had to get a cab from the airport to Tracey's studio. Tracey talked her through the entire process and did a magnificent job with her hair (but after all my praise above, this shouldn't be surprising). However, when the appointment came to an end, I was STILL caught up at work and couldn't make it in time to pick my mom up. At that point, Tracey took time out of her day (in between appointments) to drive my mom to the Barnes and Nobles around the corner so that my mom didn't have to worry about walking with her luggage or sitting at the salon to wait for me. I just can't even explain how much I appreciate Tracey's kindness and dedication to customer service. She is such a rare gem, and I could go on for days! You should absolutely make an appt to go see her!
