I purchased a beautiful RAV4. The dealership did a great job selecting this one from the auction to sell. Not all dealerships select the best used cars to sell. Karoline in finance .... was truly a blessing with my experience at Toyota West. Shannon and Jacob completed the process. As a consumer it is our responsibility to come prepared, do your research then read the documents carefully for errors to be corrected and always ask for the service record. Verify Vin numbers. Being prepared creates a smart business transaction and if your salesman isn't respectful of this, ask for a different one. I would return to Toyota West for another purchase!

Gordan Yokum is a delightful human, and exquisite and precise at what he does. I’ve known him for many years, and the quality of his service, care, and knowledge continues to expand with time. My experience with Toyota West -because of Gordan- was better than I imagined it would be, and I am over the moon with the result of my auto refinance!

I am writing my experience with my entire GAP and Extended Warranty cancellation process. On July 24, I went directly to Toyota to pick up said warranties and attached the photo which they gave me that the cancellation had already begun. The process would take 4 to 6 weeks. I am in week 8. I go to Toyota and they tell me that it is in process. I call customer service and they tell me that there is no cancellation request. What a lack of ethics on the part of Ramades Melendez. He told me that he had started the cancellation process and he didn't even start it.

This is where I usually get my vehicle serviced (even thought it's not always been the closest for me). I feel like their service technicians are better at telling you what you need to do now vs what can wait and giving you options without using pressure sales tactics. That's earned them my business.

Sam was a good salesman and we are happy with our pre-owned car. We don't normally trade in our vehicles, as I normally sell them myself, but he made the trade-in process very easy. We recommend talking to Sam if you are shopping at Toyota West.
