“Stopped by this morning and what a darling, educational and stocked store! Before going, I had a few questions on a certain item and Connie was so kind and helpful over the phone. The young man at the counter was also very kind and was understanding to my child squealing in delight and curiosity (what child wouldn't LOL). Very clean, bright and organized. Lots of educate through play items. They gift wrap your items for free as well! 10/10 experience and will be back.”

However, their selection of classic literature leaves something to be desired. While they may have some popular titles, don't expect to find a comprehensive array of classics. Nevertheless, the store provides a pleasant browsing experience and is a convenient place to explore new releases and bestsellers.”
“I was helped by Laney today at the Easton BAB location and let me just say this particular bear builder went above and beyond with my experience! I had an unstuffed online order I brought to be stuffed, and I like my bears stuffed a certain way! Laney was more than willing to help me out and make sure my bear was perfect for me! Their kindness really stood out to me and I felt compelled to leave a review: super clean location, great management of crowds and overall just wonderful! Loving the new redesign”
“One of the best shopping experiences I've had. Came in looking to buy something for my niece for Easter, the manager/worker was very informative regarding trending toys and games... They even let me know about a current sale and hidden clearance items. I left with this adorable squishy penguin ball, a slingshot monkey, a rubik's cube, some fidget toys, and an axelotal plush. My niece is going to be so happy when she sees her Easter basket.”

“Like most Lego stores, you have very friendly and knowledgeable staff. A great place for kids to put together minifigs. A handful of the large sets built for display which is a great way to check out some sets before buying. I wish this was a larger store so there were more built sets on display. Very good inventory in store and there is a nearby Lego Discovery Center which has good inventory as well.”
“Lots of neat licensed toys for videogames, films and TV shows. Decently large collection of records as well. Prices are fairly high, but pretty standard for a mall.”
“I love shopping here! I'm really only posting because I saw all the negative comments and reviews and I just want to say this is my favorite place to shop. The staff is friendly, it's clean and organized. The items are high quality. Here's the thing, a lot of the negative reviews are people trying to give things away or "donate". This isn't a charity, it's not a place to donate. They sell quality items because they only accept good stuff, not whatever random crap people bring. That's what makes it a quality store. I love coming here and will continue to do so.”
