“I had one of my steer tires losing air. They were able to get me in and check for air leaks in the usual places. He found no leak, so we left. Turns out we had a cracked rim, which unless we unmounted the tire, we would have never found. Our fault for not Check that, but they were nice enough to check for us for free, so for that I am extremely grateful for, being an o/o and all. I blame Indian and their terrible roads...”
“Great experience from beginning to end. My brand new car got hit by a Cincinnati Streetcar after the Bengals lost to the Ravens, and from the close loss, to say I was upset was an understatement. “A “CAT-Tastic” Crew!!! On this dreary day, I started my car and headed off to take care of a family member. Two hours later, as I was driving to the grocery store, I heard a noise under my car that resembled the sound of an animal in distress. When I arrived in the store's parking lot, the sound was piercing. I looked throughout my car to find where the noise was coming from and called various agencies for assistance, but none was available. Determined, I drove to McCombe Body Shop which was nearest to the grocery store and I spoke to a worker named Nathan who agreed to help me. A car detailer named Chris found and removed a kitten that had been stuck for at least 3 hours between a panel under my!! McCombe's Body Shop payment charge was a promise to find a home for the kitten. I was relieved of my stress and filled with “tears of joy!!!” It couldn't get any better than that!! Thank you for your compassion , help and teamwork!”

“I’ve been bringing my vehicles here for the better part of 15 years (2 VW Jettas, Audi A7). Their service is always excellent and priced fairly. It feels better when the mechanic gets to know your vehicle, and can fix things that are wrong. If something doesn’t need to be repaired, they won’t repair it where at some other places (dealerships included), you’re going to get the replacement whether you need it or not. They’re good people over here and that’s the reason the shop is still here, and I’ll continue to get my Germans serviced here.”

The noise was coming from the tires. She had gotten new all-weather tires at NTB. I have used him before but now I will go see him first.”
