Very poor experience with customer service and store owner of this auto shop. I've asked for estimate and inspection for my car. Then I was charged for unauthorized work done to my car that I ended up was forced to pay otherwise I can't get my car back. I've tried to talked to the mechanic and was denied by the store owner. Don't recommend if you want a smooth experience.

Had car troubles visiting from out of town; TongDa was so efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable, and got everything fixed by the next day, even with having to order in a part!! Highly highly recommended.

Very poor experience. Service done for issues with starting car , charges almost $600 , car wouldn’t start the same day called was told to have car towed back . Requested to speak with mechanic denied . Long story short issue discovered by another mechanic went back to speak with Tongda as the issue involved what I had initially paid them to service and all I received was an argument from the front desk( in front of another customer ) . Sent an email to discuss issue with owner and never received a response .

I was visiting friends in Ohio when my car died. TongDa came through on a Saturday afternoon and had my car diagnosed and fixed quickly and expertly. I would have had to miss work. I felt they were trustworthy, and excellent overall. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

Absolutely horrible customer service over the phone—the lady was extremely condescending and lacks manners when listening to customer’s suspicions about what might be wrong with their car. I get it—I’m no car expert and my assessment of the issue is, at best, a suspicion. Still, this doesn’t warrant the kind of attitude she had over the phone in not agreeing with my assessment. I just hope whatever is going on in her life gets resolved, because she was downright rude.

Jocelyn and crew always let me.know what is happening with our vehicles. She looks for recalls more reliably then the dealership with our Toyotas. Honest, fair and prompt. Highly recommend
