This company was recommended to me, and it has been a pain point for me since the process started. I ordered 2 sport coats 3 pants and 4 shirts. the patterns are ok, and the fabric leaves much to be desired. I started this journey in March of 2022 and it took 4 separate fitting and Feb of 2023 to get everything back. The time taken to get everything back for them still only to fit well until I try to bend move and flex for everyday activities is upsetting. The suits are structed with very high shoulder pads and fit extremely tight in the arms still. The shirts are made of low-quality fabric and fit well as long as you don't need to move and function throughout the day. The pants are great quality but still do not fit well. If they could get my fit down I would exclusively by my pants through them. My advice to anyone looking to work for this company is to stop complementing your clients on how well you think they look and listen to them when they tell you they are unhappy with the fit and quality. I did not spend money so a stranger can tell me how I look. I spend money so I can buy clothes I feel good in and am comfortable wearing. I will not be purchasing from this company again. I will chalk this up to a loss a learning experience and move on.

Katie is excellent, she listens to understand what wants and needs are and then being a professional clothier, then she goes about showing you what her team has for you. I have done business with Tom James for many years they have something for every budget.I would highly recommend Katie as well as Tom James Clothiers.

Tirzah is excellent at her job. She was professional, honest, kind, a good listener, and had good ideas. I sometimes can be indecisive and not know what would look best. She offered great advice about what colors, fabric options, and styles to get and helped me come to decisions. Everything turned out well. I love the colors, the modern designs and cuts and the fit of the clothes. The fabric is also comfortable and high quality.

Amazing quality dress clothes with so many customizable options. Their sales people keep me up to date on the latest trends and styles, classic or modern, they have it all.I can't ever go back to buying a shirt or coat off the rack at a department store again.
