“We had a not-so-good experience at this location involving some vapes we purchase usually every week three vapes. But I do want to say that a week later I did go back into the store and the gentleman there I believe is an owner or manager not quite sure but he apologized profusely about the incident and he definitely made it right and I have been back to buy more vapes. Having one bad experience doesn't make the place completely horrible. Of course we were upset at the moment but I'm very thankful for the gentleman that I apologized and made it right.”

“My first time here was several months ago. I arrived after hours and realized they were closed as I walked up to the door. There were a few guys sitting out front smoking cigars and one of them asked what I was looking for. They happened to have them in stock, Gordon was kind enough to open specifically for me to buy a couple cigars.My second interaction was just as good. “Just attended my first bourbon night here and it was simply amazing.The owner Curtis and his team who ran the event, made sure that I was catered to as a guest, and made me feel extremely welcome.They offer a great selection of cigars as well as a very knowledgeable staff.I spent the better part of 3 hours here and the energy was unmatched.Would certainly recommend to any new or old cigar enthusiast and will certainly be going back.”

“I would give this store 10 stars if I could. I have been to many waterbeds and stuff stores over the course of 20 years in Columbus... And I have never encountered such a dedicated staff, who goes above and beyond and cares about their customers and community as this location does!!The manager Stephane even draws personalized art with positive mental health messages on her incense bags for the customers. I'm a licensed social worker and love that she's giving back to the community. And staff member Trinity was so knowledgeable and a breath of fresh air when I went in there with questions for my mother. I will never go to any other waterbeds and stuff store ever again I will drive 20 minutes just to shop at this store. It was the most clean and organized store I've ever been to as well. I don't usually leave Google reviews but I had to for this one. **Everyone at this location definitely deserve a bonus and or raise.”

“Let me kinda sitdown and break this down for for you: But for my entire life, and just to kinda mock what everyone already knew. Thomas just really preferes to be by himself anyway…. He’ll come out to pack up a bit at that bodega. But they never required anything of eachother that and understanding stare which he actually does deserve becuase you silly head are just doing it wrong by assuming Thomas never wanted protection from the sun… of corse he coops himself up in the tinyiest room where he can hoard exactly he needs. It’s so wonderful to have such wonderful and influencial people from over there this is not a joke I do not fully know their background and do not understand if we get eachothers jokes but it’s ok, we both know how this community is supposed to represent eachother.A great shop that is always in stock in what you need. Owners are great and kind!”

“I'm a hookah head. I rarely go out to the hookah bars anymore because my dog can always invite my dog at my own house. That's a plus. Been going to Hookah Rush for years but this was the first time I had been in since the store went from a closet to a whole master suite. Dope atmosphere. Shisha selection is on POINT! I've been traveling and have been trying to find something good like what they have in Europe. I was thrilled to see that they had some stuff that's available stateside that I hadn't seen before. So I get to talking to one of the sales associates. And about 5 minutes into the convo, he points out the Vyro One hookah and said it smoked like a charm. I can't remember his name but he had me convinced to try it out. He got me set up and I was outta the door with more than I came in for but it's part of the lifestyle so I was game. LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT THIS SMOKE!!!! It smokes like a dream. Im going to play with different bowls to see if I can get an even better smoke out of it but yeah, that thing HITS! It fits in my cup holder in my truck. I've now smoked it twice in there. NOT WHILE DRIVING! Don't burn holes in your seats and come for me. Absolutely not. Hookah Rush is back in my #1 spot for hookah supplies in Columbus, OH. If you get a chance to get in for a visit, it's worth it! And to the guy I talked to in store for the plug on this new glorious portable device, God Bless you good sir!”
