The tire store is neat and tidy, however it will be good if communication with customers was better and polite. When I visited the tire store, there was miscommunication and due to that, I had to spend time and money. However, in the future, I am satisfy because my associates and I would not be spending our time at this tire store.

Went in to have new tires put on new rims with new TPMS valve stems. Upon getting there he starts to give me a hard time about the sensors being programmed properly and all that. I’m assuming try to upsale me on sensors or something. I told him no I had called the customer service number and verified that they were set to 433hz the proper frequency for those tires. I said then if you do t want to do it I’ll go somewhere else. He said no I’ll do it. They finish I pay rims were mounted great no damage his employees were amazing. By the time I get home 3 out of 4 tires have little to no air in them. I call in and he’s basically says oh well tighten them up or bring them back tomorrow. I try tightening them up and it slows but never stops completely. Fast forward to the next day which I missed 8 hours of double time for. I go to the shop. First they try to give me a hard time because they were on the car. Then come to find out one of the sensors came off because I didn’t know what to torque them down to and it twisted off. This slime ball greasy owner thought he wasn’t responsible. Mind you the valve stems were only finger tight. When I went to try and tighten them before. I’m positive this guy had his employees leave 3 of them loose out of some egotistical thing to be right about those sensors. I didn’t pay for any extra work they did fix it and they are not leaking. I really wanted my money back but you can look at this scumbag and know that would never happen. I’ll never go back and if your smart you won’t go here either. I hope this review helps.

Tire Zone always takes good care of me! This is always the first place I go for used tires, tire repair, etc. They are efficient, affordable, and friendly every single time!

Never again I will recommend all my team friends family neighbors don't go I used go this location years ago was perfect service not now .Please owners stop say to your customers after arriving to shop ....Next time I have to park outside first and walking inside ask and explain to him you issue also worker like this attitude sorry I pay money for you ..... Was Saturday 10/6/23 @10:00 am. Complain was filed .Thank you.
