Got coffee at drive thru, asked for several packets of creamer, the guy added a bunch of cream to my coffee, I didn't ask him where my creamer was, assuming he just forgot, but when I got home and opened my coffee it was white with cream.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered through DoorDash and was extremely disgusted with the food that showed up. I ordered a chipotle steak wrap when I opened it there was no steak inside. It might have been a little chunks of chicken, not 100% sure , with sliced cheese ripped apart and no sauce except for at the bottom of the wrap. I also ordered a BLT sandwich which showed up ice cold, like it was just taken out of the fridge . The bacon was ice cold there was no attempt to warm the sandwich up as you could tell from the piece of cheese that was on there with no melt marks even from the bacon which I would expect at the very least to be warmed up.

Waited way to long just for a sandwich, I got the $6 meal, they said they are out of hashbrowns I asked if I could substitute they said yes but would be a extra charge. The girl seem like she didn't want to be there. I said thank you for my meal she didn't say anything, just bad customer service, I won't be going back.

Customer service is dead. Respect of a customer does not exist at this location. I work at a hospital with a on site Tim Horton so I am aware of the different types of donuts on the menu. Upon pulling up to the drive thru I started my order and wanted sour cream donuts the person did not responded; maybe asking another worker if they had them. I was then asked again what I wanted, I again said the sour cream donuts. I faintly hear a voice say we don’t have them. I attempted to inquire about this type as I’ve gotten them before at work. Then very so rudely I was told to get out of their drive thru line! So I pulled around to the wind to speak to whomever told me I could not order and to leave. The dirty looking white dude came to the window and told me he was calling the police on me. I asked for the corporate information and he told me, “there ain’t not corporate number!” Then again told me to leave.

Where is the no stars option? Similar story to many below for me this morning. Main door closed and they waved at me to go through the drive through. I’m staying at an airport hotel, no car. No way I would walk through where cars are, surely a safety issue. Looking forward to the response from Tim Horton’s similar to everyone else below. “We’re so concerned to hear this”. Blah, blah, blah, blah. Clearly you don’t need the business from the people, so the people can go elsewhere. I ended up going for McDonalds right next door.

The staff refused to open for anything but drive thru and instead of explaining this or posting a sign in the door, they waved me away as a walk in and told me to go to the gas station instead. Shockingly poor customer experience.
