I have several pieces of tiffany silver jewelry. The double heart pink enamel has worn terribly. A waste of 450.+ dollars. The chain is dark and the diamond has little shine. 30 day return policy is horrible. It has been 18 months but the quality has really dropped. Buyer beware of longevity.

I recently visited to have a few rings resized and engraved. Ahmed was excellent to work with. He gave guidance on the proper size while also assisting with overnight shipping since we live out of state.

Came to Tiffany’s today with a specific piece in mind. When I came into the store I asked to see the necklace, they showed it to me and I tried it on. While looking they showed me the same piece only with a diamond added and in a different color. It was love at first sight. I left with a necklace different than the one i originally planned to get but I love it even more! I woke up this morning excited to wear my new piece. Thank you.

My husband and I absolutely adore our SA Ahmed Ali (Ali). He always makes us feel like the most important people in the world. We have bought from Ali for years and today we went in to celebrate our one year anniversary and were greeted with champagne and chocolates. We ended up with two of the Return to Tiffany Diamond cuffs this visit. Thank you, Ali, for always giving us the best Tiffany Blue Box experience!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Purchased a necklace online and tried to return or exchange in store due to damage upon receiving. I was told they would not take it back in store due to the damage and to return it online. The website clearly states that the product can be returned in store after 30 days. Definitely not worth my money or time.

Sadly, I have to write this review. My husband and I came there and had a wonderful experience when purchasing my ring in September of 22; however, one of the extremely small barely able to see diamonds on the setting of my engagement ring has gone missing and so I took it to Tiffany's at Easton where we purchased the rings to have them fix it, I am now told that whatever warranty that we were told was on the ring doesn't apply. I just received a service order charge of almost $200.00 to have it fixed. We spent quite a bit of money on this set because I loved it and was caught up in "Tiffany Blue Box Experience"; however, I should have asked more questions regarding the care and possible problems that we could run into with it because now to have it be complete I have to spend more money on it. Just very disappointed. I have talked to numerous other people who have had a stone come out and they take it to their Jeweler's, and they fix it with minimal fuss and in most cases no extra cost especially the first time. I guess, Tiffany's is not one of the others. Now to decide if it is worth to fix it or just do without the fix because who has extra $200 lying around these days. We even asked if we could purchase an extra warranty and were told oh you don't need to do that because our jewelry is made with extreme quality and you won't need it.... Sooooo disappointed. Love the idea of Tiffany & Co but won't purchase anything else from there. Note to everyone, make sure your ring has a lifetime warranty on it or at least 5 years... Very sad...

Ordered a necklace online and had it delievered. Came in a blue box and then a blue bag inside. The necklace was in several knots. It took about 15 minutes to untangle. The presentation was awful. Nothing like unraveling an expensive necklace while sitting in front of 13 people. Regardless of price, it should not have been presented in such manner. Even the $10 necklaces from Walmart come better prepared than that. It was as though they just threw it in a bag and was done. Very disrespectful!!
