Thorntons at 2333 N Wilson Rd, Columbus, sells fresh foods, high quality beverages, gas, cigarettes, soda, snacks, and offers competitive prices. The store has friendly cashiers and a good store with no complaints. Some customers noted a new manager was not personable and seemed like he didn’t want to do his job, but recent changes brought a new manager who is cool, approachable, and busts tail. The cold coffee machine often is out of service, which many customers dislike. Thorntons is a vertically integrated company with its own fuel terminal, blending plants, transportation fleet, and commissary, and it gives back to communities through volunteer service and fundraising.

For a while I started to dislike this store, there was a new manager who wasn’t personable at all, he literally seems like he didn’t want to do his job. There’s been a few changes recently, and I would say for the better. The store manager name Brandon is very cool, always busting tail, and is very approachable.
