This place got me back in the groove after years! Super clean, convenient, great owner, and never packed like a typical big box gym. All around, it’s a great place for anyone at any fitness level.

Hidden gem gym in Grandview. Place is spotless, owner is accessible and friendly, and a great training staff. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a clean and relaxed environment to workout in.
