I had been to this location a few times a few years ago and had good experiences, so I thought I would give it another try. I made a sort of last minute appointment for a pedicure for the 4th of July weekend. The tech who did my pedicure was pretty rough with her tools and drew blood one two toes. I know she felt bad and didn't mean to. I had to keep that big toe covered all weekend to protect the wound, and it defeated the purpose of the pedicure. My toe hurt for days after and while it feels better now, the skin in the area where it was hurt looks odd.
The pedicure itself is just so-so. Unfortunately I will not be returning.

Love this place. I NEVER go anywhere else to get my nails done. Every nail tech I have ever had has been super nice and great at what they do. My biggest reason for returning is the cleanliness of the salon. I am never disappointed. No rogue cuticle cutter being pulled out of a drawer or reusing files or the awful cheese grater on the feet! They keep their stations and pedicure tubs CLEAN! Highly recommend.

Amber greeted me right away and helped me select the color I wanted. My nails came out exactly the way I wanted. It was a really great experience.

I adore this unassuming place! We had a bit of a ick experience with a local nail salon (downtown) with the gel x service being $50/each more than quoted and the nails all fell off or lifted hilariously in under two weeks. I was a wee bit salty at wasting $250. Katelyn got me in straight away just for the easiest removal of all time. She was sweet, professional and quick! I can't wait to go back with my teen to have our nails done. The atmosphere is fine, it's a nail salon in a shoe store but the nail technicians provide you with water, cleanliness and laughter. Excited to go back!

I brought three little girls in for pedis for my daughter's birthday. Immediately the girl who was helping us seemed a little rushed and told us they didn't have time to give the girls gel polish because they booked appts too close together. The pedicures were pretty rushed and mediocre at best for a $30 service x 3 that lasted 30 minutes. Just in general, I really had hoped for better. The girls had fun, but I honestly would find another salon in the future that maybe took their time and made it more of an experience + did a better job.

First time and last time! My nail tech had a wonderful personality. However, so unhappy with the work based on how much it cost. Not even a full 24 hours following my appointment and the polish is chipping, and I still have dark and split cuticles. I’ve been to other nail salons where I spent less than $40 for a basic manicure and my nails and cuticles were in way better shape than what I have here from The W Nail Bar. I gave 2 stars only because I really liked the nail tech and the colors look good.

Love the Luminary gel nails - lasts so much longer than other gel/dip from other salons. Love that they don't use drills to remove gel. Always feel pampered and well taken are of. THANK YOU!
