You will not find a better company to purchase your mattress from in Columbus. We picked out mattresses from a larger box store but decided we would shop around just to be sure. We were blown away from the moment we walked in. They are locally made and they have a wonderful selection. My partner and I have very different tastes but we were both able to find something we loved. The most shocking part? Our selections (even with one being the MOST expensive mattress in the store) were almost HALF the price of the Stearns & Fosters we had already picked out! Everything was seamless, but, then we had a slight snafu. The split king mattresses didn't line up as we had hoped. Their service team reached out with a solution and were able to come the next day. Everything is wonderful. We are both sleeping better than ever. I cannot reccommend the Original Mattress Factory enough. I will be telling all of my friends and family to get their next mattresses here. What a wonderful experience. Thank you so much!!!!

Very good experience!!!!
We came in to purchase a full size mattress for our new apartment, with combined coupons, we got the best deal on a good quality mattress I think we could get. Both times visiting the staff have been very helpful and friendly. Helped us get the mattress and foundation strapped onto the car, very efficient and pleasant process! Definitely would reccomend for others to stop by and check it out.

This is now my go to place if I need a mattress. Both mattresses I’ve purchased there were actually manufactured a couple of days before I picked them up and in Columbus. I really like that they are locally made and made well. The salesman was knowledgeable and did not pressure at all. Better yet, the price is the price. They don’t mark them up to mark them down.

Walked in was welcomed and had a new mattress in and out less than 1/2 hr have had the new mattress and box springs for 1 week, never slept better, highly recommend

Shopping was great as always. Was very disappointed that they was to call the day before delivery and they didn't. It is 8:45am the day of delivery and still no call. I hate sitting around waiting for a delivery. This is the 3rd mattress and everytime no call.

These guys make mattress shopping delightful. We've had OMF mattresses for years and we needed to update them. Not only did they pull up our account and let us know when our current mattresses were purchased, but they were helpful in letting us know about the features of our new ones. I love that their pricing doesn't change, and I know I'm getting a great product (that I can use BOTH SIDES OF!) without the pressure of sales.

Polaris was wonderful. Gentlemen answered all our questions. Delivery was fantastic. Guys were very professional and very thorough with their delivery. Would highly recommend Original Mattress Factory.

Does not allow returns on any MATTRESS no matter why.. Don't take your chance with this company. It was a total waste of $1,200.
