This place would have gotten a 5star as all the nurses and staff were wonderful, except the staff at the FRONT DESK in the lobby. Even with a pass on they harass you every time you walk pass the front desk about the date on your pass. We got harassed daily to see the passes on our shirt. As a parent just trying to get up to the NICU you would have to wait a extra 30 min on busy days sometime for them to check your pass. Need a better system in place for extended stay patients such as the nicu floor when you could be here for months. Everyone in the Nationwide NICU however gets 10 stars, absolutely amazing people.

I went there due to a knee enjury. Tear meniscus and ACL. Not able to stretch or walk on my leg. I was seated in the waiting room for 11 hours. I asked one of the nurses if she had an idea when I was going to get a room or to be treat and she said I have no idea, but if you don’t feel like waiting you can leave. I was seen by a doctor later in the open, in the same waiting room I waited for 11 hours.

Best hospital around, they are thorough with their care and because of their continuous research, they have new treatments constantly. Pharmacy helped me when my insurance denied an expensive urgently needed medication. I as a nurse visiting a patient , my aml cancer treatment and my sons non hodgkins treatment, as well as after care multiple appointments.

This hospital and staff are top tier shelf quality. Listen……let me be real this was my first visit yesterday for a colonoscopy and from the time I walked in I was greeted by a gorgeous woman with short gray hair in the lobby (OSU Keep her she is very personable, respectful, polite and she speaks so eloquently) she smiled and directed me where to go next, which was registration, greeted with another smile, and was walked to my next destination. This hospital is huge, can you say labyrinth (let’s say this, you need a guide boo okay) I’m just speaking plainly so you can feel how I felt from beginning to end, yes you ready this to you see the picture I’m painting (you see it right Haha )….okay back to the story. Front desk, registration, waiting area (only waited 10mins maybe less), then my name was called and kissed my love and was guided back to my room I believe it was room 211 (sorry I forgot the names of the staff members, but I remember the room number haha, ohhhh we gonna remember that number haha, okay I’m getting back, stay with me, walked in the room, time to change into Runway Fashion at all hospitals alllllll around the world theee one and only wrap dress/wrap robe, and the matching yellow slip grip socks make you stand out in any crowd (judges your scores, 7, 8, 5 & 10), and given a warm blanket, mmmmhhmm love them warmed blankets so much. Now this next part I will be concise. The nurse who found my vein with one try, just amazed me. I thanked her for only sticking me once. Thank you Hod for answering all my prayers yesterday and today and forevermore. Listen, I prayed for a good hospital visit and an amazing day it was. The main point to this review is that this hospital made me feel like a superstar being guided to a luxurious hotel room.Hospital Appearance Score - 7/10Incorporate more local artists on the walls of the hospital and more splashes of color here and there.Cleanliness Score - 10/10 so clean it’s Mr. CleanHospital staff - 10/10 this is based on my interaction with the staff on 3/8/24Keep up the good work. Grade A

Worst hospital, worst healthcare system, worst practitioners.Katy Foreman CNP and the whole Hepatology department: My husband has a serious health issue and he had a serious reaction to the medication she prescribed. We have been messaging her since Thursday - it's now Monday- with no response. We also called this morning and still no call back and it's almost 4pm. I wouldn't let this woman treat a stray dog if I found one in the street.I've been trying to contact someone all day and it is impossible to speak to anyone. The whole place is filled with incompetent morons.Patient Experience is a joke, too. I've been calling for 2 hours and no one ever answers. I tried calling the AOD number they listed in their very lengthy message. No one answers there, either. The state of healthcare is ridiculous. Healthcare is only for the rich and the rest of us can leave messages that don't get returned or be directed to the ER for care you'll need a loan to pay for.

Labor and delivery the best service they have given me. I just gave birth to my baby, the attention of the nurses, doctors and everyone who works in this department was 10, I have felt so pampered and valued, if I could I would give it more stars. Thank you to labor and delivery for making me feel so special and for helping me have a healthy and happy baby.

Employs unstable (employee admitted) docs who will just do what they "perceive" is acceptable. You may or may not be swatted, it depends who you, as as patient, are assigned to.They do call it "practicing medicine" for a reason.Send me a message, I have receipts.

I’ve been here for a whole 8 hours due to possible miscarriage (which is exactly what happened) . Asked for pain medication , nurses/doctors see me crying in pain NO HELP . All this visit was today was an ultrasound and boom I’m done THATS WHAT TOOK 8 hours . I will NEVER come back here. They suck. Time for me to go ask for medicine again (second time) which was “put in” but some how someone “canceled it” so I’m leaving with no medicine still in pain 8 hours for an ultrasound

Dr. Eleftheria Matsa allowed a man to break into my apartment knowing he was undergoing a psychotic break! Her and her father are slum lords who were previously involved in tax fraud and kidnapping allegations involving her mother! I wouldn?t trust her around me, my family, children or ANYone.

Seems like some people at this place needs to learn how to listen to their patients. The first appointment I had with them was so terrible that I had to fire the doctor on the first visit. Wouldn’t even look at the camera to introduce herself, didn’t send the right meds. Went to a second appointment, they talked about getting a new insulin pump and sensor for me. They said I would have to take a class on the new pump, which would be fine to learn about the new pump. I explain to them I didn’t want a diabetic class talking about counting carbs I’ve done multiple classes on it and understood how all that worked. They said, no it will be about the pump it’s self. Wasted a hour fifteenth minute drive and the time spent in the class to learn absolutely nothing about the new pump. Even told them that I was there to learn about the pump. Told me that’s another class. I explained that I already had this conversation with the nurse the appointment before, and was promised. I even told them at the appointment before that, that they didn’t listen the last time to the point of firing their doctor. I received the pump and told them once again that I need a class for “just the pump and sensor!” They now are telling me I can’t get into a class until the 30th. I explained to them the whole reason we had the first appointment was so I to get this sensor running so I have one that beeps if my sugar is getting low that way I don’t die in my sleep. This could have been taken care of multiple appointments/attempts before. They are wasting my time. Go back to medical school and take an anatomy class, because they can’t seem to find their own butts with their own two hands. Why had our medical professionals turn to absolute trash? Again try listening to your patients, this is ridiculous ?. These people screw up everything, if I could put a -star I would. Don’t go absolute trash

They refused to provide the phone number of the Drs office that I needed to make an appointment for for my father. The dr in question only came to the “east” campus once a week. We wanted to see the schedule for the other days the dr would be at other locations. They could not provide me with the phone number of a Dr on their campus. Three times I called on three different days to try to get the info. Terrible. Unacceptable. My father is a Vietnam vet. This “care” is a disgrace.

I had a Kidney Transplant at Ohio State Wezner Center Feb 2024. Theywere very kind & caring. I got the phone call from them at 2:27 am that they had a very healthy kidney for me from a young active person. I filled out the paper work that I would like to thank the Donor's Family. I thank Jesus for answering my prayers. I had been on Kidney Dialysis for 3 yrs 3 x times a week. I never have to go to Kidney Dialysis anymoreIgotgot
