Probably the worst customer service. I walked in and no one greeted me. No one asked if I needed help. Instead, everyone is on their phones. The only reason I was helped is because I had to look for help. I didn’t even hear anyone speak to customers as they came in. Who I think is the manager looked us dead in the face and walked past us. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Fantastic location they do have pretty much have everything convenient you could be looking for they don’t have everything like the Tanger outlet location, but it’s reasonable!!! as far as everything being locked up, it’s very much reasonable for the location, so don’t get to bent out of shape About having to ask for assistance to try something on, just be patient. It’s the only way these stores can keep anything without being Ramsack.🙄😑 🤦🏽♂️ I do wish the store staff could be a little bit more welcoming especially when there is only like two customers in the store but overall, I had a Decent experience for the location I normally don’t even mess with Easton, but it beats that drive to Tanger outlet !!!😅

FYI on Brian Miller's post. The warranty form that customers fill out and sign does have the option on the form to either receive your item back or get a gift card for the full price of a replacement. Staff was friendly but they have limited product, things are locked to the racks so to try something on you need assistance.
My ultimate complaint is DO NOT TRUST their warranty claims with corporate. They scammed me into stealing my favorite vest. Purchased a few years ago, the vest started to have holes in it. Took it into the store to see about a warranty claim. The store then sent it to corporate and said "they'll either fix it or replace it with same one". Few weeks go by and they didn't do either. They just sent a gift card, never communicated with me at all whether I wanted my vest back (which I definitely did). Their website doesn't sell anything close to the vest I had - I inquired if it'll be back in stock, no response. I said I should be reimbursed for the cost, no response. I inquired about getting my vest back, they said it's gone. Corporate theft.
Its unfortunate but I am now proceeding with having a family lawyer make it a civil matter. Ultimately because they stole my property and never communicated they were doing so.
Steer clear of Northface, with limited product and horrible customer service, it's clear their business is going under and even though my family has thousands of dollars worth of northface jackets and clothing, they couldn't care less to work with a loyal customer.

I tried to call them to check availability on a product- they continually picked up the phone and then hung up on me. I get if it’s busy and understaffed, but you could just pick up the phone and put me on hold until you have a moment.
