First time in here looking for a very bizarre wine that I'd never even heard of . Talked with the woman in the wine section - and she knew exactly what I was talking about. Wow. Unfortunately, she hasn't been able to carry specifically what I was looking for, but she showed me a fabulous alternative. So appreciative!

This is a great little market located in Worthington Hills on route 23 it is a perfect blend of not being too big or too small. It reminds me of how markets were when I was a younger.this is also a great place to get liquor... they seem to get some good selections. Also, they consistently provide excellent service. Bonus: they even will take your groceries to your car! The down side is some things are a bit expensive, esp their meats -- but the cuts are very nice...

I go here regularly to purchase 6 bottles of wine at a time. The person in the wine department usually does the discount which she did today and then I went to the front. The young guy working the register couldn’t figure out how to ring it out and so a young girl with long blonde hair comes over and puts in the amount before the wine discount. I told her her coworker in the wine department already put the slip on the box with the discounted price and she scoffed at me and said “it’s tax”. I’m not an idiot, I’m very good at math and had the receipt from the wine department. She then said “ I’ll get a manager but I’m telling you it’s the right amount” then goes to her manager 10 feet away and he says “oh it’s probably tax.” I spend almost $200 here every other week. I will not be returning. I never shop for groceries here anyway because the prices are triple what they are in other stores now add employees who are rude? No thanks!

I went to the store for the first time yesterday. Their computers were having some problems, definitely not their fault. They ran my card 4 times for my transaction, assuring me that it wouldn’t actually charge my card. Well, I went home and saw that all 4 transactions were pending in my account so I went back. The associate assured me that the transactions would reverse themselves and to wait 24 hours. She also said that if I was concerned to contact my bank. So, about 24 hours later the transactions are no longer pending but are posted. I contacted my bank and had to file a dispute for the other 3 transactions. Now, maybe the associates don’t know how banking works or how charging someone 4X’s the amount could be harmful but the staff and even the person in charge (manager?) did not handle this situation well. It was my first time at the store and I won’t be back.

6/16/22Extremely overpriced, unfriendly and unwelcoming environment. There's absolutely nothing that sets this place apart from any other market in a positive way.Update: 6/26/23It's been a year since my last visit here. Thought I'd check it out. Again the rude and unfriendly staff couldn't be bothered with me at any of the counters, I wasn't ever acknowledged nor approached by anyone both times I browsed the counters. I would've liked to have gotten the spiral ham, strawberry champagne cake, cod portion and a quesadilla. But it wasn't going to happen. So, I just took my few items to the front and checked out. I WILL NEVER COME BACK!!! Not that they'd care. ?

WONDERFUL market for unique items. Great wine selection and bakery ! Service could be friendlier at the register. The ambiance is great. Highly recommend.

This is a great market. The good:1. somewhat limited produce selection but generally fresh and sometimes surprisingly good prices, especially on greens.2. Extensive alcohol selection. Offers an in store wine cooler (see video). Gives discounts when you buy a case of things.3. Great deli and pre made foods and a salad bar. You can order pizza flatbreads and sandwiches to go and they are really good. The bakery had a lot of amazing sweet treats. They sell Dan the Baker loaves of bread.4. Packaged items are specialty- have lots of hard to find items and well curated. I especially appreciate the extensive selection of ice creams.5. They offer a 5 cent donation when you bring your own bag (see picture)6. They have frequent shopper cards and give a discount when you get 10 punches. They have 2: one for sandwich club- order 10 get 1 free. Another is for when you spend over $50, get 10 punches and get a discount.Things I don’t love:1. The parking lot is a nightmare. The cars are so packed in and it’s hard to move around.2. Alcohol returns are nearly impossible. Apparently this is state law, so only buy if you are certain it is what you want otherwise you have to return in 24 hours.

A high level of service, great atmosphere, and things difficult to get elsewhere.Be sure to checkout the offerings in the back. The prepared foods and connections are amazing. Had great experience at the butcher counter and enjoyed what I purchased.Had a high level of service today while I was looking at some specialty products and I'm going to use his gifts but I do nothing about. They talked me through at each were and then help me get them. It was nice. This is a hidden gem, give it a try.

I came to this place when I found out that they sold chocolate babka from Cinnaswirl Bakery. This is a locally owned grocery store. They seem to have a good collection wine. We went around the store to find the Babka and was looking around to see what they have. Everything seemed to be overpriced. There are items that you just don't see in your regular supermarket but things that you can find in supermarkets like Kroger are overpriced in The Hills Market. There is a deli section and a bakery section, and both section had decent collection of items but again, overpriced.Unless I am looking for something that is being exclusively sold at The Hills Market, I just don't see myself coming and shopping here with everything overpriced.

They carry things that other stores do not. I am a senior and love the shopping experience of a small store big stores involve allot of walking and it is hard to find items. A big plus at hills market is the friendly service.

Awesome salad bar. My hands were full, the lady at the bar carried my beer up to the checkout line and waited for my turn to check out. Great customer service.

Overall somewhat disappointing. Was hoping for more boutique items, but mostly things I could find elsewhere, does not really compete with Weilands in that regard. I will applaud the wine selection and the liquor selection, better than most in the area.

It was cramped, dirty and most of the items in the cheese department and deli were expired, not just by a day or two. First and last time we shop there. We love local shops, so this is disappointing. We went to Lucky's afterwards for some decent shopping.

First time there to get the lobster rolls. The cashier was talking to someone the entire time she was waiting on us. Put the rolls upside down in the bag Obviously I need not say anything further. They were good but not $20.00 each good! Very disappointed. ?
