Ordered 2 Stars & Stripes windsocks on 4/20/24 for a higher price than I’ve ever paid for one. . Hung it on a flag pole that I would take down on all windy days. The sock blew off 11/5/24 in simply breezy weather. I suspected it might not last very long due to the thin and flimsy string holding it together, but not 6 months! The polite CSR spoke to supv who asked if I ever took it down. After saying that I often did, she then informed me there’s nothing they can do because that’s pretty much all they last. I’ve had windsocks last 3 years or more! While the sock itself was okay, the supporting strings are totally inadequate. Negative Reviews are more acceptable to them than making things right! No more business with them!

I ordered a 3x5' Harris Walz flag for the election. It took a few weeks to arrive, and once it did, It wasn't 3x5', it was 33" wide not 36", so the grommets didn't line up. I was able to rig it with some wire, but customer service said 'sometime their flags are a little short ' and offered a replacement, but since it's an election flag I didn't want to wait another month or more for a return and replacement. I've never had a flag be the wrong size before, from any retailer. For $60 and a company called "the flag lady" I expected to get what I ordered. Hopefully all of their Harris flags aren't the wrong size.
