BEWAREI bought some flower here after using the store in Canton with exceptional product.I was extremely disappointed after getting home and realizing the flower was either extremely outdated or the curing process was done incorrectly.I will never use this location again.

I have been to many dispensaries, but by far The Botonist is the absolute best in prices, strains, customer service and their building is absolutely AMAZING! You feel lush, executive…you feel amazing let’s just say that! I will never go to any other dispensary!!!

I love The Botanist! I’ve been a patient here for almost 4 years. They truly offer an upgraded medical marijuana experience compared to other dispensaries I’ve gone to in the area. The decor is beautiful (think jewelry store type merchandising), it’s very clean and the staff is so friendly. They are very good at keeping up with consumer demands and staying instock on popular products and they are constantly introducing new brands. I personally love that they sell Flower by Edie Parker as it is a female owned cannabis brand. Their products market exactly to my demographic and I am here for all the beautiful packaging!

The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable. I had to ask if he had trained for years. He has been studying and is still studying. Wonderful experience, I have met many people with knowledge of what they doing and so helpful.

Probably worth noting that one of their employees tried to run over a person right outside the facility and they were reluctant to identify the employee when asked for their name. ?

Don’t go here if bad parking will be a problem for you. Overpriced if you are not using a deal on all products. The staff were ok but the other customers were so rude it makes me not want to be a regular here.

This is the only dispensary I have been to, so I may be biased, but it is quite nice. The staff there are wonderful for the most part and very helpful in finding the products that work for you. Just wish that ALL staff was well-trained, as I wasted a lot of what little money I have right now on third-choice products that were literally incompatible with each other and I couldn't use them... All because the staff member who helped me out didn't know this. And they do not take returns, even if you are returning a battery. Come on y'all, I normally love this place, but that was extremely unprofessional and a huge waste of time and money.

I had the worst experience with the new security guard out front of this dispensary very rude I was just getting dropped off on the side of the building for curb side my driver had no plans of staying parked there. I was confronted by this rude security guard that my driver could not park there and I told the gentleman that my driver know that and that my driver normally drives around and just picks me up when I’m standing outside. The security guard stated no he can park right there as long as he’s in the vehicle it will not get towed. My driver did not want to illegally park anywhere because it did not want any type of tickets at all. I told the gentleman no my driver will drive around. No he can park over there. This man really argue with me out front of dispensary. Finally, my driver does what he needed to do which was drive around the block. I proceeded to go inside a dispensary. I am on my phone changing my address then the security guard tells me that I need to go back outside walk all the way to find my car and standby my car and change my address by time he tells me this I have already changed my password and I’m getting ready to log into my account and I am told that I need to go outside to do so and I there is no way that I need to go outside to log into my account to pull up my medical card. I have to show them my medical card and my ID when I enter I should never be told that I have to go outside to login to show my medical card that was horrible so finally I got completely frustrated and just left. I will never come back to this dispensary dispensary has poor parking you have to pay for parking or you have to have somebody there with you and even if you do that That you’re going to have the security guard harassing you out in front of the store. Horrible service way to overprice.
