We can express enough how grateful we are for everything Chad did to help us get into our forever home! Great overall experience working with Chad. He was very thorough going through the loan documents and answered all my questions. My loan was able to close incredibly quickly. It was nice using the secure portal to upload documents and have his team explain exactly what they needed and when they needed it by.

Chad was an absolute gem. For being a first time home buyer I knew absolutely nothing going into this process. Chad was always available to answer any questions I had. Once I found my condo he not only helped me beat out a cash offer, but he also helped me get my new home keys in hand in 15 days! 10/10 would reccomend him to anybody in the central Ohio area.
