This morning, my daughter and I had an unpleasant experience at the Target order pickup/check out area. The male staff member attending to us displayed unprofessional behavior that significantly dampened our shopping experience. As we attempted to cancel an item we no longer wanted, the employee's demeanor was far from courteous. His actions, including eye-rolling, conveyed a sense of annoyance, which was both unwarranted and unhelpful. This attitude persisted throughout our interaction, making the entire process uncomfortable. We also visited the store to pick up an item, but the rudeness continued. Even a simple expression of gratitude from our side was met with a lack of basic courtesy, as he chose not to reply.Such behavior is not what we expect from Target, known for its customer service. We hope this feedback is taken seriously and that measures are implemented to ensure a more pleasant and professional shopping experience for all customers in the future.

Very convenient location, but on average prices are about 20% higher than at the "big Target" across the river at Lennox.

I'm a big advocate for independent corner markets and bodegas with easy walking access, which unfortunately are rather sparse in central Ohio. This Target store is like a Mini Me of their bigger stores. The bigger Greatland and Superstores are a one stop shop for the suburban scape; this company's aiming for the mass college student foot traffic. Easy access if you're on foot right on High St. In smaller quantities, this store has your basics. It looked like checkout is all self-service kiosk style except for two employee-manned ones (I'm assuming for the low-traffic times of day (ie, the nite shirt). There's frozen foods - tv dinners, cook-and-eat meals (pasta, stir fries, etc.), ice cream treats, toiletries, home cleaning, sparse on the clothing selection, basic electronics and school supplies.

This is a newer target. The store is smaller than most targets and the prices here are more expensive then a few miles away, but the location is perfect for anyone living off campus at Ohio state so the prices are still cheaper when you factor in gas and time it would take to get to the other target. The store is clean and the staff is friendly.

Easy shopping destination for all your college needs. It's a pretty small store, so there's not a massive amount of choice, but it has most things you would need for daily life. Great shopping location if everything you need is pretty common.

Target on Ohio State's campus is right at the heart of the University. With this being said, one downfall in terms of accessibility is the parking situation. The store is mainly street parking, which is not super accessible although there are a few handicapped spots on the side of the building. The store entrance has automatic doors, the aisles are very wide, and there is a ramp leading to the upper part of the store! All of these attributes make this location accessible for people with many different needs. Overall this is a great location, it has everything that a student could need!

This Target is near the university and the university housing. Its much smaller if you compare to any usual Target. However, it has mostly everything that a student might need. I stopped by to pick some cosmetic, and ended up buying a dress on top of it ?. Well, I’m not a huge fan of Target, but I love their clothing lines. Otherwise Target is a fancy, overpriced Walmart I guess. This location was great. Everything was fine. It was crowded but the staff was fast.

I usually don’t have a problem at the location but it was crazy how many workers were following me. Every second i turned there was one in the aisle. It’s was funny too because 1. Target usually are not the type to follow customers. 2. There was a girl who literally had had her book bag open in the snack aisle…but guess no workers were there to assist her then…and before you ask she was. Also I bought pillowcases that were one sale for $1.80 and rang up regular price $6.00. I asked for it to be fixed they did it but the guy looked so mad when I asked him to fix it. Like legit got an attitude. I wanted to ask if everything was okay because dam… he looked like he wanted to punch his pos system. he took a complete 180 when it was done told me to have a nice day. That makes up for it!

Target on High Street is quite accessible. This location is my favorite as it is near the OSU campus. It got automatic doors and a ramp: great location to get stationary, groceries, and other stuff.

The Target on North High Street is generally pretty accessible. The front door is on sidewalk level, meaning there are no steps up into the store. The doors themselves are automatic, so the door will automatically open as you approach it. As you enter the store, there is one handicap Caroline's cart available to shoppers, however I did not see any motorized shopping cars available. The main entrance to the bulk of the store is up three stairs, which is not entirely accessible, however there is a ramp toward the far side of the store which handicap individuals could utilize instead. Unfortunately, if the line at the registers is long, this might be a bit of a hassle since the line tends to extend up the ramp. Additionally, some of the product is on pretty high shelves, so people with disabilities may need help reaching certain products. I have noticed that Targets tend to be extremely accessible businesses with very wide aisles and several accommodations, however since this Target location is quite small, the aisles are much narrower than other locations in the area.

Hi! I will be examining the accessibility of this Target location. Getting through the main entrance will be very easy and stress-free, due to the automatic doors. The entrance is also wide and the staff at the front are very friendly and welcoming. They would be eager to assist anyone in need. However, there are no driving shopping carts for someone who needs a wheelchair. There is a staircase to get to the main area for shopping, however there is also a wheelchair accessible ramp towards the right of the store. It is not in the best location, since it is also used for people going to checkout. The aisles are relatively wide, except I could imagine someone in a wheelchair might have to wait for others to leave the aisle in order to have enough space to pass through. There are also some aisles that have large columns in the middle that wouldn’t allow for a wheelchair to fit through. Also, a lot of the food is really high on the shelves, making it hard for someone not tall enough, or even someone in a wheelchair. To get to the checkout, everyone uses the ramp, but there is a lot of space. There are self checkout stations that are easily accessible, but for anyone who needs extra assistance they also have cashiers available to checkout for you. Overall, this Target is relatively accessible to everyone and there are excellent employees who can help.

The Target on High Street has a lot of accessible features. When entering Target, there are double doors that are automatic. They open as soon as you get close to them and this is great for someone who cannot open doors themselves or is in a wheelchair. This could also help someone who might have a visual impairment. When you walk into Target there are a few steps to get up to the main shopping area. On the right side of the store there is a ramp if someone cannot use the stairs. Having a ramp in a store is important so that everything is accessible. As you are shopping the aisles are very wide and the surface is very smooth. Some of the shelves in the aisles are high so it might be difficult for some people to reach. If there is pedestrian traffic in the aisles it might be harder for someone in a wheelchair to smoothly go through the aisles. I did not see any machines that read aloud products or where there are. This could be a feature to add for someone who is visually impaired. This location has self check out machines and regular. A person has to use the ramps in order to get to these but it is wide and not too steep. The self-check out machines are not too high and a buyer can ask for assistance on them as well. There are a lot of accessible features in this Target and allow everyone to shop there with ease.

Not my favorite place to go but is definitely convenient. They have more clothing and electronics than anything else. Parking is a pain, so I recommend walking if the option is available. They do have some food and alcohol selection. I realize this target is geared towards college kids so if you need something specific this probably isn't the best place to shop. I've visited here a quite few times and end up going someplace else to find what I'm looking for.

I don't like Target’s services, because they let me self check tons of products and just chat and laugh loudly near me.

This wonderful store has managed very well, even with the pandemic and the labor storage. Always clean and always safe. Thank you
