Ive come to this target for the past year or so… and this is my 4th time running into an older employee by the name of Jeff.. this man is very kind and helpful.. he has gone out of his way to help me twice.. he needs a raise and he should train some of the other employees on how to offer good customer service. Thank you Jeff for your kindness

I went in to get some clothes for my wife. The worker sophia was extremely helpful and kind. She helped me with efficiency and picked out a great outfit. I would definitely come back to get her advice on other outfits and fashion.

You can stand in the electronic department while being harassed by sales people from multiple other company’s all while you are selling out an actual target employee to unlock a case for you. How has this become acceptable?

Fast, nearly immediate service in electronics. However, the overall checkout experience? Not so amazing or fast. Self checkout machines were all needing to be logged into by a nonexistent employee. And there was only 1 cashier at the time, who she herself spent 2 minutes logging in just to check you out. Any other employees in the store were spread out thru the store & on their phones more so then working.

Some of the employees are very rude and snarky. I was in self-checkout and there was no spot to put the baskets away like there usually is, so I asked the employee standing there. She said, very loudly, "it's over there where it always is, honey" in a super condescending tone, as though I was stupid and didn't look. I looked to where she pointed, and there was no rack. Another employee ended up dragging the metal rack over a minute later. No, it wasn't there where it always is, lady. And there was no need to sound condescending or call me "honey". That's such a weird thing to call a stranger.

Polaris target is excellent with drive up! The wait time is never long. I appreciate the new substitution option if they do not have the original item you chose.

The gentleman working in the evening at Self Checkout was very helpful. An item I purchased showed a higher amount than what was listed. When I asked the staff member why it is ringing up at a higher amount, he immediately adjusted the price and called the front desk to inform of the discrepancy so that it would be corrected. Many other stores make you go to Customer Service to fix but this staff member fixed it without making me speak to someone else. A++

I went in to make a return and the agent created me with a smile and gave me a quick tutorial on how to locate my past target purchases in my app and also took a few minutes to walk me thru the apps features.
