For an oil change station, you get in and out super fast. I recommend them over leaving your vehicle somewhere. Here, you don't even have to get out of our car. You just pull up in a lane, and they walk you through it all as they do it. Very nice employees. If you're in a time crunch or don't want to lose your car for several hours, just pull up to this place. No appointment necessary.

Don't go to take 5. The techs that did my oil only put in 1½ quarts of oil when it was supposed to have a 5 quart capacity. They fried my engine in a brand new 2023 Chevy Colorado Z71. Never go there.

From a 0-10 I would have to say 0 at this time.
I had always liked going to take 5 until today. The person directing the vehicle inside the bay was extremely arrogant and I left before anything was started. This due to the fact I couldn't see his hand signals in the shaded bay with the bright sunlight outside. I kept saying I couldn't see his hands but no one paid attention to my words so I had to get louder. When I was finally inside the technician was rude and saying that I didn't need to yell. I tried explaining that I couldn't see his directions but he wouldn't listen to me and I said screw it and pulled away.
I didn't get the persons name a probably won't be returning unless it's at a different location.
Your employees should be more aware of the customers concerns and not try arguing with people.

The staff manager was very rude and unprofessional. They charged me 20 dollars more then was told over the phone.. they never checked my tires or my wiper blades and didn't check my dash filter nor my air filter...I will never go there again...

Staff not in uniforms took longer then expected don't know if someone was in training two people under the car no water offered not good communication between staff

Great place! Always good to me and give me cold water to quench my thirst while my oil is changed. They even change the thing on my dash so it doesn’t blip all the time.
Like I said…..great place for a super fast oil change.

They took off all the clips for the engine plate & only put in a few screws to secure the plate. As soon as I got on the highway, the plate came loose & started to drag. I had to call off work & come home for my husband to secure with zip ties while we order new clips & screws. My husband was an auto tech prior to a career change & had done all but 1 previous oil change (also taken here for that one) so we know for sure that the clips & screws were present prior.

We always get our oil changed at Take 5. They are friendly and so quick! I love that I don’t have to even get out of my car.
