I just got a new phone this month at another location. I went back to that location with an issue but they could not fix it. I stopped into this location today and Yanni had me all fixed up in just a couple of minutes. She was both knowledgeable and friendly. Not something you always find. I left very happy. Thank you Yanni!

Great people. We had a full-family upgrade, so 3 new phones, plus an additional line for my data only tablet. They took the time to show us different model phones, set them up and migrated the data. They looked for all available discounts and rebates, got us all free airpods and Google headphones, and never got irritated by my wife's 100 questions. Total time was over 2 hours in the store, but they never stopped being courteous and helpful. Thanks a bunch to them.

I am saving the 5th star to when we actually get service. I will be ditching Breezeline. I was waffling between TMobile and Spectrum. T Mobile now has the edge thanks to Yanni. Why? She did not try to oversell us. Spectrum kept trying for all those add ons, like TV packages, repeatedly. Dont need them. Yanni listened to what I WANTED. I like they have a gadget kinda like my router modem, at no cost to me, that I just plug in and move it around the house to find my best reception. Apparentally it is an easy install. I really like that I dont have to keep an eye on my fees and beg retention not to raise my rates. Big plus there. I am dreading canceling Breezeline because I am sure they will transfer me over and over until they finally get that I am done with Breezeline. I have my eye on two things...my cell and my internet. You will always win if you keep my charges stable. Spectrum is only slightly cheaper...for a year. Then up go the rates. I wasnt looking for gaming speeds. Just internet, enough to stream, enough to read my newspaper or ask Alexa a zillion stupid questions. Looks like T Mobile for me thanks to Yanni's expertise. She didn't oversell me.

Long story short, my “father” decided to remove my sister and I off his Sprint account before we could switch over to a T-Mobile account. Due to our phones being blocked my sister and I were not able to trade our phones in for an upgrade and we had to just buy new phones and start a new line.During the process, the manager that I was dealing with (Iyanna) was very knowledgeable, patient, and respectful about the situation that I was going through and trying to fix. I was trying to find multiple loopholes and solutions to be able to trade our phones in, but we were not able to. The only downside about all of this was us having to pay our phones off and not getting any trade-in value for our phones. This ended up being a two or three week process because we were waiting for the new phones and the multiple questions that I had and they were all answered.So my sister and I decided to start a new line and get new phones and that was the solution to our problem and Iyanna helped us through the whole process.

Very bad Customer services there were to lil girls doing nothing just been on her phones i ask if they can transfers all my stuff from my galaxy to my new iPhone she didn't want to help me put at all she was just been lazy . I been 7 years with T-Mobile pay on time always I can't get any help? Seriously is bad I don't know her nada is a black girl . Very bad actitud

I worked with Yanni, the store manager. She was awesome to work with. Very, very knowledgeable and friendly and nice. She helped me transfer my phone and open an account. I will definitely recommend her and if I have any other issues, I'll work with her! She is awesome!!! Bobb Basye

This stores requires mandatory insurance purchased on phone even you are offered to decline, it will still end up on you bill. Caught me off guard and cost $240.00 before I cancelled the insurance. Just call them and they will tell you “all phones leaving this store must have insurance, store policy”.
