dealing with T-Mobile Customer Service is like a Kafkaesque nightmare. What should take five minutes to sort out an issue will take usually at least 30 minutes to one hour. My usual experience is to be shuttled between several departments, such as prepaid, postpaid, transfer, and rebate. Company personnel are usually friendly, but unable to resolve a problem or take the necessary action until an excessive amount of time and effort has been required by the customer. No other phone or Internet company I have ever dealt with has such an unwieldy organization and lack of coordination among their various departments or divisions. Any other company is usually jus customer service or technical support. I am a relatively new customer beginning around two months ago and have spent at least 5 1/2 hours talking to customer service representatives with little satisfaction. New, prospective customers should make every effort to avoid doing business with T-Mobile. Don't say you weren't warned.

Kassim was professional to work with. He answered every question I had and didn’t get annoyed when I didn’t understand something. I came to read the reviews and honestly I didn’t get that vibe at all felt. Nice atmosphere. I’m typing this on my new iPhone 15.

T-Mobile itself is a fine company, I’d just recommend the other stores in and around Columbus more than this one. Last time I went in the associate was unaware of the conditions of their promotions and ended up locking me into a $900 contract for my phone (they told me it was going to be free). Furthermore, while she was setting up my phone she added herself to my contact list because she “liked my energy” which I found inappropriate and unprofessional. When I went in to find out why the phone was actually full price the store manager blamed me, didn’t offer any solution, and was frankly quite patronizing. Hoping the stores in the suburbs have a staff that can rectify this locations mistakes.

Coach Larry & Cilla went above and beyond when Verizon made our switch to T-Mobil as difficult as possible. We had a lot of issues with the e-sim cards but they persevered and got our phone working. Calls are clearer & we have better cell reception. Vey happy:)

Came in to upgrade phones with little time to spare, Larry Help me and 2 other customers out at the same time with no problem & got me in and out! Also helped point out areas where my account could be credited!!! The only Tmobile I’d go to in the city!!
