Very much pleased as a customer. Whenever I need to make changes to my policy the staff is very responsive and thorough with confirmation that changes were made. My last request was handled by Jorge and the customer experience was a good one!

Sylvia Garrett Agency is one of those agencies that really cares. I had to contact them few times for different reasons and it was a great experience every time. Recently we had a claim against personal property insurance and we had some questions after we received the initial estimate from the adjuster. When I contacted Sylvia Garrett agency, they not only reviewed my policy and provided me with explanation of my benefits in detail they also worked with my adjuster to get the claim re-estimated. This action shows that they go the extra mile to provide “on your side” service to their customers. We have switched to Sylvia Garrett agency several years ago and we are glad we did that.

Wow, so many great things to say about The Sylvia Garrett Agency. Sylvia and her team worked tirelessly to get my business insured. We offer a VERY unique service and after being turned down by over 5 different insurance companies Sylvia made things happen for me!! They were so quick and the rate was way better than I anticipated!! 10/10 would definitely recommend!!!

I WAS CONTACTED PROMPTLY BY MICHAEL AND HELPED ME STEP BY STEP TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM WITH MY CAR INSURANCE POLICY & GOT MY ACCOUNT 'S 6 MONTH PREMIUM PAID BY ONLINE BANKING. A CARD PAYMENT..MICHAEL ON THE PHONE FOR A COUPLE HOURS TO RESEARCH THE PROBLEM. HE ALSO CALLED ME SVERAL TIMES TO GET EVERY THING FIXED. .
