I was shopping for car & home insurance and in the whole process I received a confusing/jumbled amount of information. I felt my time was wasted and I was about to be scammed. The people were nice that I was dealing with, but I just don’t know if I got anywhere on how confusing the whole process was.

Very much pleased as a customer. Whenever I need to make changes to my policy the staff is very responsive and thorough with confirmation that changes were made. My last request was handled by Jorge and the customer experience was a good one!
