The wig selection is limited & overpriced. If your a braider or a crochet braided they do have lots of that averaged priced. They also have a decent selection of hair products (basics in my opinion). The customer service needs a lot of improvement. I personally like the suppy store right around the corner from them better (if I'm in that neighborhood). Just my opinion.

When they opened it was great. Braiding hair was buy one get one free and the prices were amazing. But the prices have gone up to twice as much as they used to be and no more buy one get one free.Also, they've phased out a lot of their stock.It used to be my go-to place for grey braiding hair. They've stopped stocking the brand I used to buy.I live far west, and it used to be worth the drive. Not anymore. Sadly, I won't be going back. It's not worth it.

Most wigs were jacked up. They don't carry a lot of products you need. Need to be cleaned

If I could give this store a negative 10 I would. I came in store today and nobody would assist me. I asked that ignorant cashier if someone could please assist me in tge wig section and she got smart mouthed told me someone was back there already like I had to lie about nobody back there. She said she was back there and she knew someone was back there. She looked goofy before I even asked her anything like I was a bother to her. She rolled her eyes and copped an attitude just because I asked for assistance. I stood around 10 minutes. If she don't know how to deal with people perhaps working on a farm would be a better fit. This store has really went to hell. I walked out with my money and went to another store where I was greeted and taken care of as soon as I entered. That girl need to get it together.

My go to spot for all things hair!! Lotion, Oil, Hair to braid, accessories....it's all here...with variety!! OH! and they don't follow you all over the store!! Prices are a bit steep but I can always find what I want in 1 trip!!

I like this store. I would recommend this hair store for braiding hair, loc hair, crochet hair, or pack hair. I don’t usually come here for things behind the counter so I can’t rate based on that. They also have a big selection of hair products and wigs.

My mother purchased a $25.00 wig, which was in the package. When she got come home to try it on she realized the top of the wig was defective. So I attempted to exchange the wig, one of the ladies at the counter said this has never happened before. The other lady went to get 2 other wigs from the shelf to see if they had the same problem. She accused us of putting heat on the wig and refused to exchange the wig. I have done business with them for many years buying hair and skin products. I was insulted as a customer that we were accused of putting heat on a $25.00 synthetic wig, when it was clearly defective. I will no longer do business with them or support them. Poor customer service.
