It's always busy but they are in desperate need of a remodel inside and out. I refuse to spend my money somewhere that looks so ran down when they bring in plenty of revenue. Sad.

Poor customer service.
The guy at the counter if he had paid attention, would have seen that a associate working with disabilities took a disabled person to the gas station to get a drink. She used the microwave that is allowed by customers. And he assumed that she was not a customer. I was watching from my Van as I was pumping gas. We work together. He took issue with her using a microwave that is provided for customers. Just a bit unprofessional..

I stopped in here for snacks while visiting Columbus from out of town. It was the most convenient place to stop, and I thought, how bad could it be? The, clearly high, person stumbling around the parking lot should have been a sign to go elsewhere.The inside was dirty and poorly maintained. It did not feel safe, even in the middle of the day. The cashier was nice enough, so no complaints there.I'm sure there are plenty of regulars who shop here who are used to the things I took issue with. For anyone out of town, though, you might want to go elsewhere. There are plenty of other places that will not make you concerned for your safety.

To be honest the guy is money hungry I can see on the package the honey bun says 1$ he writes up in pieces of card board 2$ each what a joke and the poor people that can't even afford a candy cause money hungry people.

Always super friendly. They always remember me and know what I'm going to ask for. There are people outside at times but they're harmless. They are very rarely asking for change or begging. People just make assumptions, it seems. I've never one time had an issue here. I had a dead battery at a gas station in Bexley and for 4 hours I sat at a pump and not one person would help me. People here are quick to help and kinder people than most of you on here bad mouthing them.
