This is my first time here half of the dryers don’t work the floors are filthy trash all over and the dryers that are working the people load them and leave it took me 3 1/2 hours just to do three loads. I will not be coming back here again or refer anyone I normally don’t do these things, but this one had to be said

It's a very good place to go to wash your clothes for a very low price and maybe cheap laundromat. The place is very clean and sometimes the washers and dryers may not work but they are very quick to fix them and it's really a great experience in watching your clothes especially if you are trying to stay on the budget for a good quality. And it's good that they accept credit card so that way you don't have to care around change or money and you could just swipe your card. Anderson a good area where if you want to get some shopping or something done while your clothes are washing or drying you can go to the stores nearby or around the area and they also have TVs playing so you can watch the TVs and they have a bathroom in there that you can use if you are a customer. I would say if you are in the area and need to wash your clothes this is a great place to go. ???

Came during the morning on a Friday, and it wasn’t busy and had lots of machines.Pros-Most washers are the regular top load for $2–coins or cards. Larger ones appear for very big loads (but aren’t customizable beyond temperature.)-Place is fairly clean & has chairs & tables scattered to sit.-Dryers are $0.25 per 5 min.-Staff person was present, active (cleaning, washing loads, watching), and helpful.-plenty of cartsCons-No extra rinse options-Dryers don’t continue to tumble without heat for a few minutes after time is up.(-Maybe not enough folding tables vs machines if it was fully busy, so try to come on less busy times.)FYIs-If needed, you’ll need to ask they unlock the bathroom at the back.-They’ll wash per pound for you at $1.35(I think)-It’s on the west facing side of the giant Columbus Square shopping plaza.

Second hit on customer service. First time was on thursday couple weeks ago. And today. Two different employees. Never had issues with what u considered this 9ne one of the best laundry mats. It still as as long as u don't attempt to talk to the employees
