The counter staff are great. They try their best at keeping the place clean and orderly. But it’s the clients. This place has a roach problem. Parents let their kids run all over the place, rolling on the floor, climbing in the baskets, crawling on things. There’s a lot of machines that don’t work. And this place gets terribly busy unless you get there at the very start. Speaking of cleanliness, again, the staff tries their hardest. The clients leave baskets everywhere, fabric sheets, don’t clean up after themselves on the tables after eating, come in with garments with bed bugs, dump way too much soap either powdered or liquid in the wrong dispensers, yell…. Your clothes will have other people’s detergent in them. People are putting pods or powder in the dispenser of front loaders… and they don’t read the instructions. I’ve been in laundromats in third world countries that are cleaner. Again, not the staffs fault. They really do try. It’s the clients. The owners do nothing to refurbish or remodel this place. The only good thing about this place is the staff. Other than that, it’s the clients that - well you can’t have nice things.

They can keep the place well managed for the most part but most of the washers cannot handles the amount they are said to and when a washer or dryer gets “overfilled” the main worker has an attitude about cleaning up messes and is rude to customers Lady In the black pantsuit..

7/5/2024 - I counted. 30% (21 of 68) of the washers and 20% (6 out of 30) of the dryers are out of order.

I’ve taken my laundry to be serviced here twice as I’m new to the area. The lady who manages the facility is so incredibly nice and accommodating. I cannot say enough great things and would highly recommend this service.

The manager there is so mean. I placed my empty pocket on one of the free tables, and she threw it aside later. When I asked her why, she said it was her table. I told her there was no indication that it was her table, and if it was, I apologize, but she should use something to mark it. She replied that it was none of my business.
