Well considering they never answered the phone when I tried to contact them back then came and ripped my propane tank out of the ground with propane still in the tank with no warning or notice leaving the pipe just sticking up out of the ground.. I would say they are by far the worst people to do business with!

They no longer have anyone to fill-up 5 gallon propane tanks at their location. They have propane. I have money. I want propane and I assume they would like my money. Unfortunately we were unable to make this happen so I used a more reliable competitor to get my tank filled. I will continue to use the competitor.

Price tends to be a little higher than some local competitors but the service is outstanding. Good service is hard to come by these days so I don't mind paying a little more knowing that I can rely on Suburban.

The inspector did a great job and explained everything as he went along. The man who came to fill the tank was friendly and did his job as he should. The company worked with my husband (a disabled Army Ranger) and I so we were able to fill our propane tank to avoid freezing. Great company and so thankful that they were able to work with us.
