Bought a 2021 Alfa Romeo Giulia from them, I live in Wisconsin so i had to put a lot of trust in them when asking questions about the vehicle, ended up purchasing the Alfa and so far I've put on 4k miles with no problems so far, great price and great communication, I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a good used car.

No problems during the sale of my wife's car,but after the sale , Brian made myself and my wife promises and now won't even return our calls or text .Dont think we'll be there again. ? Must be JUST about the money

My wife just got a 2013 Honda Pilot. The sales rep Brian was up front very friendly and didn't hide anything about the car. Even told us to feel free take to a honda dealership and have it checked out or I can bring our own person to check it out. The car sounds and runs great as he said. Would definitely recommend them if your looking for a car.

*I'm writing this for my husband (because he just doesn't write reviews, lol).Brian did a great job in showing us a 2012 Porsche Cayenne that my husband was interested in. No problems in the test drive or the followup paperwork in buying said vehicle.What impressed me most (as a non-car person) is that he offered to DELIVER the new car to our address that was an HOUR away from Columbus! Talk about old-fashion customer service! And God bless his wife for following him so that he had a ride back home, lol! Also, he's very personable and doesn't seem at all like a slimy used car salesman.When/if we get ME a new vehicle, I wouldn't hesitate to make the drive to Stiener Automotive if they have something I'm interested in. Thank you Brian, and your wife, Happy Thanksgiving!

Gods honest experience dealing with John Avery Ford Used Car Sales LLC! (Or also known as Steiner Automotive Group) Save your money! (My old car went down and I needed a new one FAST. Got a daughter to take to school and a job to work. They get one star cause fast was the only thing that went right.) After picking my poison because you never know what’s wrong with a car until you get it checked out first. I received the owners word that if there was a part that needed fixed or replaced. That they would acquire it for me so I could fix it. I’ve been open with info about what has been happening. Well. I’ve only had the car one month and the check engine light has been on for two things along with a squealing belt in the engine and a tire that needs to be cut off because it was stripped getting put on. Still to this day. Even after doing the foot work for information and elbow grease. I still haven’t heard back from this place via call or text. Yes. I’ve called and text multiple days. Long story short. These people are cheap, dishonest and tinker with cars to fail. They could easily buy the $20 part, redeem themselves and I’d gladly change this one star. But as there silence remains. So will this review. I swear I’ll update this the moment something changes.Edit…I walked into the same building as the sign Steiner. So. What do you call yourself? By what the sign says or the paper your contract covers. Either way. I walked into your building. Quit pawning it off on someone else. I can’t send pictures. Or I would.

Recently bought an SUV from here, I'll be recommending them and coming back for years to come!! The salesman Brian was very polite, straight forward and attentive to my wants and needs! I needed a SUV with the third row option, lower mileage and most importantly could handle my driving, he made it all happen while staying in my budget! Thank you for helping when others couldn't.

Sold us a car with bad brakes. This car would empty the master cylinder in 5 miles. Called them on it and the took two weeks and sent us the part to install ourselves. Stay away from this place. Crooks who don’t stand behind their sales.

Bought a car.. it had been damaged and repaired terribly.. they used pop rivets and self tapers to put the bumper on.. inner fender well had flat plastic riveted on.. it had road on the tire and was part way tore up. then the tie rod end was so bad I'm lucky I made it home !.. oh right no spare either ! BE CAREFUL buying here. >> and I am sure I bought it here.. but nice try :) Picture shown where I bought it - matching the description too.
