Got two rears. Both name brand, both basically brand new; maybe I lucked out. The guys who worked there were helpful, friendly and fast. Like drive thru carryout for tires. I'll be back.

Do not go to this location if you want these people to waste your time.. was in there 10:00 a.m on a Thursday this morning.. I'm the only person there so he tells me to pull in.. I get out my car tells me to give him a second why he continues to talk to the other guy in the office.. as I'm standing there waiting for about 7 minutes they continue to talk about completely nothing.. just a friendly conversation about yesterday... Then he sees I get upset and I tell him I'm about to leave so he just opens the garage door so I can leave so he can continue his conversation... They could have sold two tires .. oh well going somewhere else now..
⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️(In the response to the owner saying somebody was on the phone... There was nobody on the phone cuz I would have waited for that... It was a whole personal conversation about what some girl said to him yesterday.... Blah blah blah that's what they were talking about)

We were recommended this place for a battery. The experience was great or we thought so. 90 bucks for a new battery and they put it in.. good right? Well not quite. We realized maybe 10 minutes down the road that the blower on the heat was not blowing and had not been blowing (this is because the heat was on full blast the entire time up until we turned the car back on after the battery change). We call immediately and were told to return the next day to have it checked out. We live 30 minutes from this place mind you.. it’s 5 degrees out right now. We return on Sunday (with no working heat) and the mechanic there advised us that he wasn’t sure what happened and to call the owner on Monday morning. We called him this morning and no type of apology or even mild concern for this inconvenience was shown. In fact, he was rude and said NASTY remarks. Yelled at both my wife and I refusing to assist in anyway. Demanded that we pay to go to a mechanic to figure out what went wrong. When I requested for that fee to be reimbursed if they are in fact at fault he refused and hung up the phone TWICE. Prices are great here. Not ever a long wait. But I would not recommend this place to anyone ever! The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever had. The mechanics were nice but the issue is the owner. I guess you pay for what you get.
